I was first introduced to the practice of Family Dental Associates at Campbell Station when my son had an emergency. We needed a dentist to look at his chipped front tooth after his fall. I found out that it is quite common for dental offices to be closed on Fridays. Luckily, Dr Chapman was available and he calmed my fears and gave us a new patient special which helped us out so much!
I switched to their practice for my own dental care after seeing how good they were with my two year old son. Their wonderful hours, friendly office staff and great location are all reasons why I love them.

Great Team!!! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. You are more than just a number. They have always went out of their way. I had changed insurance this time, and went a little early before my visit to let them know. Come to find out they had proactively found out my new insurance and had it in the system. I have been to other dentist offices where they always seem to "push" a product or service.... not here. They only do what is needed. Very Very impressed.

If you have ANY level of dental anxiety (and, even if you don't), PLEASE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE!!! SAVE YOUR TEETH!!! I've lost several teeth due to my dental phobia, and have avoided even regular dental cleanings for many years. The last time I was in the dentist chair, I was having a tooth pulled. I don't care for folks messing in my mouth. Several months ago, my front teeth started feeling a little strange. I was so nervous and found myself faced with 1 of 2 scenarios: #1. Make an appointment and save my front and center pearly whites, or #2. Wait until they rot out of my face, and make an appointment then. Inevitably, I would be visiting the dentist. I opted for scenario #1. I researched for weeks, and decided upon Family Dental Associates. I left there in tears! Tears of overwhelming relief. I had found THE PLACE! They are the most understanding, compassionate people. SO understanding, that they offer FREE laughing gas! The staff retention is amazing too! And, one of the reasons I chose this office over others. Most of the folks have been there for many, many years. To me, that says alot. LONG STORY short (lol) --I VOLUNTARILY scheduled an appointment to address some other, long standing issues. I went from being totally certain that I would soon be investing in a full set of dentures, at 40, to feeling hopeful and excited that I will be smiling and eating with my OWN teeth, for many years to come! I've been going to Family Dental for over a year now, had 4 or 5 cleanings, had 2 crowns done last year and one recently. I have spent a lot of time in my life in the dentist chair with many different offices. Family Dental ranks right at the top. Friendly, courteous, professional, painless and they have worked with my insurance seamlessly. I recommend them to everyone I know.

As a long time dental hygienist I showed up for my first appointment not letting the practice know what I do for a living. I wanted to be treated as an every day new patient. I was pleasantly surprised by how thorough and professional and friendly the staff was. Erica is a fantastic hygienist who took care to monitor my elevated BP and no one tried to sell unnecessary dental treatment. The trust is immediately built.
