Family Dentistry on Manchaca

I never ever give reviews really but, for sure my New Dentist Office! I loved it!!!
Was a great experience. They were all very welcoming, helped with any questions I had and explained everything thoroughly. Your able to relax and take your mind off of everything and up to date with the new technology. I would recommend to anyone!

I usually love read the reviews but dont give them. As a very anxious person who does not, and I mean does not like the dentist coming from a early childhood and adult bad experience. I had a scheduled exam today and the office and entire staff was a pleasant joy the minute you walk in. Warm greeting by all. The Dr. and staff were open and honest, and they were to me genuinely concerned and asked questions to get to know you. I recommend giving them a chance if you haven't already.

I had gone here for almost a year for my problems with my wisdom teeth. I had been having severe pain and was way over due for removal. My first initial visit I was told that I needed cleaning first and all these expensive treatments, and that they didn't think I needed the removals until those procedures were done. So I had kept my appointments and the co-pays were setting me back financially. Honestly this was my fault, they were really nice and I felt comfortable that they were telling me the truth (about NEEDING those procedures done first). I had many appointments before I suggested my husband to go due to him having the same problems. When he came back he told me he wasn't going back and neither should I. He said they did the same dance with him BUT he asked if they offered wisdom teeth removal there, and they told him NO. (I had forgotten to ask) After all those expensive procedures, they ended up telling me they were referring me to an oral surgeon because my wisdom teeth needed to come out and they couldn't do it! That made me believe my husband when he said they were trying to get the most out of us.
So I was lucky when I found another dentist office who, after cracking my wisdom tooth, were able to remove all of my wisdom teeth within a month under $400. They worked with me to make sure I paid the lowest co-pay.
I would highly recommend researching your insurance plans and find IN NETWORK providers, and just because they are nice and friendly doesn't make them the best. They need to remember most people come to them for a service and help with dental problems, and not try to upsell them on procedures that aren't covered with their provider.

Dr. A and her staff are not only polite and professional, but extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every manner. I have had a vast number of dental issues in the past warranting many dental visits at previous locations; however, Dr. A has been the only doctor to sit down and explain all X-ray images and exact procedures being completed at the visit. As a professional in the medical field, I appreciate this openness, making my visit feel less formal. I definitely recommend seeing Dr. A and her courteous staff! You will not be disappointed.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. The doctor took time to explain the options of treatment I had. She was not pushy and informed me of all that she found during the exam but only recommended what I needed. Very clean facility. Happy I found this hidden gem.

I needed a new dentist since moving to Austin. Found Family Dentistry on Manchaca online. I checked the reviews and decided to give them a chance. The office staff, hygienist and Dentist were very professional and friendly, answering all questions and letting me know what was happening and what they were going to do. I had a great experience and am definitely going back and will recommend this dental office to anyone.

New to the Austin area and needed a new dentist. The reviews for this place were great so I scheduled an appt. During my visit it was clear why they are rated so high. My hygienist Sireen was remarkable! I hadn't been to the dentist in 2 years and I honestly was embarrassed with the state of my mouth. She was very professional and thorough but most importantly she put my worries at ease and her friendliness was the Best customer service I have received. Dr. B visited with me next and it was a continuation of an already positive experience. I can't wait for my next visit to begin the process of restoring my teeth, gums, and confidence..

Shout out to Leila as well; all of you ladies went way above my expectations. You all are a fantastic team and have me as a patient for life!! Sincerely I thank you

This was, by far, the BEST experience I've ever had at a dentist. The facility is extremely clean and well decorated. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and got me signed in and set up with paperwork quickly. Paperwork was completed on an iPad, which was also enjoyable and quick. And it took no time at all to get called back. Once there the assistant, Alex was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. They have TVs on the ceilings above the exam chairs that have Netflix so you can get lost in your favorite show while they do the dental work. The Dr. was also incredibly nice and explained everything thoroughly so I understood what she was seeing and explained future treatment. The checkout process was easy as well. I will definitely be making this my primary dentist for future visits!

Fast service, friendly staff, beautiful office, but best of all Great Doctor! I love Dr. A she is Awsome! You walk in with questions and walk out with answers and a smile. If you are still looking for a Good Dentist, or not happy with yours, come to Family Dentistry! I promise you will love them!
