Ward Family Dental, PC

I came here after all the raving reviews, and hearing an ad on the radio which put the name in my mind.. but honestly I was really disappointed. I was told they contacted my insurance, and my insurance paid all but a certain percentage. This was at my intial exam/cleaning. So I was anticipating around $300 for the procedure I was having done, that I scheduled for a couple weeks later. Not only did I sit there and wait for an entire HOUR after my appt was supposed to begin, I was told AFTER the procedure that my insurance actually only covered up to $1000 a year, and I owed them $1000. Which I had to pay in full, right then. So that left me financially strapped. And to top it off, the doctor left in the middle of my procedure for probably 30 minutes to go see another patient. So I'm not sure if I have bad luck or what, but I won't be returning nor recommending this office.

Dr. Ward is amazing! He dedicates his time to each patient. We have always felt very comfortable with him as well as all of the staff. He even takes the time to check on you in the days after procedures.

I love going to the dentist! Dr. Ward's office is a unique historic home in Big Spring. The staff is friendly and I have known most of them for almost a decade or more. They are like family. They know all of my children and I always feel like they genuinely care about us when we visit them in the office or see them in public. The atmosphere is quite nice, even with the renovation/addition they are currently completing. I have always been treated with respect and love at Dr. Ward's office and my family and I will continue to go there for our dental needs.

I had laser gum surgery on Monday. It is Wednesday and I feel great not much discomfort at all. I would fully recommend Dr. Ward and his staff.

I really like all the staff. They are all great at what they do. I have been going to Dr. Ward since 1997. I have had all kinds of work done from root canals to cleanings there is no one that has made me so comfortable. Dr Ward always has the newest technologies to make everything top notch in the dental field. I hope this makes it easy to choose the best Dentist and staff.

No!! I had a bone implant done and told to go home and take Tylenol. I was in so much pain for days. They cut my gums, implanted cadaver bone and sewed it up. Incredibly painful and they don't care if they send you home in so much pain you can't work for days. No matter the estimate I'm always receiving more bills! Insurance says they pay all but 60 I get a bill for triple that.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Ward's office for almost two years, and he's amazing. He's very gentle and informative. I have nothing negative to say about him. But, today one if staff members did not made me feel welcome did not offer a chair for 5 year old son I had to ask for permission for him to use it and her response was yeah if he wants it he can use it. I went to get filling done and of course it was gonna take some time. After that she gave a rinse and said to wait for the Dr and she took off. I waited 1 hr and 15 min and nobody took time to say that Dr. Ward was running behind on his appointments until I had to ask another lady to reschedule my appointment.

It is always a pleasure to come to Ward Family Dental. I had a routine cleaning today. It started on time, the hygienist was pleasant, thorough, and efficient. I was there less than an hour.
