They have amazing staff and great chair side manners. My 9 year old daughter was not scared at all and didn't even know she got a shot. They showed her everything they were using. Even when she got uncomfortable they were very patient with her.

Went in for a “look see” today after moving from Midland to the area. The staff is extremely kind and patient throughout this Covid chaos.
Dr. Ward was wonderful, thorough and explained everything. We had prior ortho care in Midland and I just wanted to know our options before traveling back and forth. We start the process tomorrow! I grew up with a well known dentist in BS, my Grandfather, and he would’ve been very happy to know the level of care and consideration that the doctor and staff invest in their patients. Thank y’all so much!

Dr Ward and Mary and the whole staff were great. I was glad to see that they were following covid 19 protections and felt very comfortable in the dental office. They are very attentive and explained every thing that I needed done. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

Awesome staff.... very friendly and personable! Dr. Ward is great and explains everything and answers any questions you have. He even called me himself the night before my appointment to welcome me as a new patient and go over any concerns or questions I might have!!

While the staff was somewhat good and seemed to know what they were doing they were very unprofessional. After having a tooth pulled I was given no pain medicine nor any antibiotics nor any medicated mouthwash. They told me get over the counter things to help which didn’t help whatsoever. In the office when I asked about it they were rude in explanations.

Had an excellent experience at Dr. Ward’s office! I have been taking my grandchildren there for over 6 years but had never been in myself until I had an urgent problem. I was seen promptly, and the staff were professional and friendly!
