Tara Rios Dental Group

I was charged for a procedure that I was not told was not covered by my insurance, mind you they called me six months later to charge me but they knew it wasn't cover at the time the procedure was performed, they just failed to notify me and ask if I would consent.
Secondly they were suppose to prepare my molar for a crown and they damaged my tooth's furcation, therefore my molar was permanently damaged and had to be extracted.

Due to my past experiences in other dental groups, I can say: Alejandra Cisneros, Treatment Planner at Tara Rios, was very helpful and kind. She made sure to explain what my insurance covered and what I needed to pay. Extremely satisfied with the service at Tara Rios!

As soon as we walked in, Kendra greeted us, there was a confusion on our scheduled appointments and she helped us out so we could be seen at that moment. All the ladies, Pree Tyner, Lindsey Watson, and Arleen Terren, that helped us were very nice, courteous and friendly...most importantly patient with my 3 toddlers. They bonded with my kids so easily which made the visit run smoothly and very fast! I will be going nowhere else for my family’s dentist appointments.

This is the second time I deal with them and both times have been a bad experience. The latest was yesterday, I call to set an appointment and they look up my information. I had a question on billing and they placed me on hold. I was on hold for 25 minutes. I hung up and called back, no answer. I called back many times and got no answer. Now the hours of operation here say they close at 7p, I called close to 6p. I call back today and ask them what time they close and I’m told they close at 5p. Well apparently when they placed me on hold yesterday they left me on hold closed shop and went home. I told the person who answered what happened and she didn’t say anything, no even a “sorry to hear that”, nothing no comment. People working here are not very conscious on how to treat there customers.

The lady in the front desk wanted to charge for some service that not even the doctor ask for. Really Bad service. We all need money buy please at least have the doctor's ask or recommend what's needed. I'll never come back. I am done with TARA Rios Dental Group.

My crown fell off so I need to see a dentist, preferably the one who put the crown on. I called yesterday and no one answered so I had to leave a voicemail. I still haven't heard back. I called today and someone answered but didn't say anything. I called back twice and got hung up on. I guess I'll seek help from someone else.

Where Can I start, was there for my routine check up and as soon as you walk in you feel a sincere welcoming from the staff, no wait time to be seen, everything was fully explained by the Dental assistant Ommar which by the way he did an amazing job, Dr Castell also explained in detail everything during my consultation, but the best part was during my teeth cleaning the hygienist Pree did a wonderful job , definitely going back fully recommend this place 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Lindsey has great customer service. She is very polite and was able to answer all my questions and concern I had. We’ll definitely be back! :)

Customer Service is excellent. The office staff, Samantha, was friendly and polite during my visit there. If you want great service and to be treated with warmth and a smile.This is the place for you!!!

Patient, knowledgeable and customer service is amazing!! I been coming here for 5 years, wouldn't go anywhere else!
