I had to ask for half the day from work (not an easy thing where I work) to be able to take all my kids and spouse. I made the appts weeks in advance and recieved emails confirming my appts only to arrive and be told we couldn't be seen because the hygienist had left for the day. They say they called me but I had no calls or messages. Never have I ever dealt with such lack of professionalism.

I had a great experience during my office visit! The staff is very nice specially a guy name Omar he was making my son laugh since my son was very nervous and scared to visit a dentist office, he really helped him relax.. Luckly everything went smooth! Thanks Dr. Rios and Omar
