Thanks to Aspen Dental Dr and staff, my husband was very pleased with how he was treated; his concerns and were listened to and accommodation was made for his health needs.
The instruction given by the dental assistant were thorough. We felt like if we needed to call & speak to staff with questions during his healing process we would be helped.

Pretty good. My dentist was very accommodating and made sure I didn't feel any pain. However they weren't able to prescribe me more than ibuprofen. Tried to call for pain medicine (as I was in pain) and they never got back to me.

The staff is young ,very professional and friendly. The Dentist kept checking in with me throughout the procedure to make sure I was not experiencing pain or major discomfort. The office is very nice and comfortable. I liked everything about my experience 😌.

Nice place. The staff is very friendly and helpful (from front desk to billing to dental assistant and Dentist). Everyone is very professional. They send appointment reminders via email. They send follow up texts to check on you and want to hear from you on how your experience was.

I scheduled an appointment to have a cleaning done through their corporate call center. I'm assuming it was a call center since they asked if I would be going to the Brownwood Office. They advised they had an appointment open that very afternoon so I arranged with my employer to leave early from work. I arrived and they performed free x-rays and a quick exam before they informed me the dental hygienist was on vacation and I would have to be rescheduled for my cleaning. I was irritated but mistakes happen. Fast forward a week to my scheduled cleaning. I had been given a card at the end of my x-ray/ exam with my scheduled cleaning for 2:15pm one afternoon. The morning of my cleaning I received a text message "We are excited to see you again at your 3:15pm appointment today at Aspen Dental. See you then!". I was confused because the card I had been given showed my appointment at 2:15pm. I was out running an errand for my work so I stopped by the office and spoke to the front desk person to confirm my actual appointment time. She looked at the charts in her file stand and advised my appointment was at 3:15pm. I advised that was not what my card showed but that I would speak to my employer and arrange to be there for the appointment. I arrived at 3:10pm and checked in with the same front desk person. She looked somewhat puzzled and walked to the back of the office. She returned a few minutes later and called me back to the desk. She informed me that I had not confirmed my appointment and my time had been given to another person. I was upset but became livid when she informed me I would have to reschedule. I explained to her that I had been there that very morning and spoken to her about my appointment time and verified that I would be there. The proper customer service, in my opinion, would have been to work me in immediately following the person that they should not have scheduled in my place, but instead there was no offer to accommodate me, after I rearranged my work schedule to be there. I will not return to this business.

I needed an emergency appointment and they made time for me the same day I called. They did not limit my appointment to just the emergency tooth, but took the time to x-ray my whole mouth and form a plan for treatment beyond the one tooth that was hurting. The staff helped me form a treatment plan and payment plan, so I can fix the painful tooth now and work on the other problem teeth as I can afford, one step at a time to prevent the other teeth from getting as bad as my emergency tooth. I felt comfortable and even though I was a new patient, I felt like a priority in their office. They have excellent staff, a clean office and kind financial guidance.

We had a great first visit. They are having a few training issues in the front but that's expected with new employees learning the ropes. Everyone is extremely friendly and their willingness to make things right is what its all about. So please be patient with them.
Oh I nearly forgot. We loved Dr. Wilson.
