I’ve had another good experience today at monarch. I had a deep cleaning that the doctor and assistant made me feel super comfortable. Danielle was amazing. Alicia at the front desk was super nice and helpful. I’ll be back in February for more treating and I know I’ll be in great hands. Monarch is the place to go!!

The personnel at Monarch Dental are some of the very best to care for each patient that come in. The dental doctor and each person take time to be sure that the work is done correctly.

Every one is very friendly to do business with

The oral hygienist is knowledgeable, friendly and quick getting you out.
The orthodontist and his front desk staff are the worst. Imagine never having availabilities, and a super rude scheduling staff. His MA's are amazing. They always listen and try their best to relay information to the orthodontist that gives you a whole 30 seconds of his time. They're only at this location occasionally, so good luck if you have an emergency.

Amazing experience here! Staff is super friendly and accommodating. I am always able to get in with no issues and late notice to them. The dentist was abolsutely the BEST. I had a serious issue and it was my fault, but he made an exception with me and worked with me to resolve the issue I had caused. I cried happy tears because he was such a blessing. Highly recommend this office!

I am a returning client to this practice but it has been a while. My experience here was wonderful. The Dental Assistant and Dentist were very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. My exam was extensive and everything was explained in great detail. The dentist used terminology I could understand. I would recommend this practice to others. Especially those with anxiety related to dental procedures!!

12/27/19 appointment was for cleaning. On the books for over 3 weeks. They didn’t bother to tell me we would need X-rays. Why didn’t they check the account at the time of my appointment or anytime in the last few weeks? What a scam!! They end up getting me through X-ray. They hadn’t bothered to check my insurance so that was a headache. In the end 2 hours later dentist did a quick check because one was on vacation so the other was doing double duty! Guess what 2 hours wasted no cleaning! Apparently my time means nothing to them. Find a real dentist Monarch Dental is a joke.

Out of all the dentist offices I have ever been to I have to say this is by far the best. Dr. Murray is awesome and the hygienist is always making you feel comfortable and great at what she does.
I have to say the best part is the ladies in the front. As soon as you walk in your greeted and they are all fun and professional. Highly recommend this office everyone!

I would not recommend going to Monarch any of them. They are unprofessional and price gouge. You go in knowing what you’re responsibility is based on insurance and you’re told if you don’t get a certain service they won’t clean your teeth. They charge you for PPE... shouldn’t that be the responsibility of the office or the practitioner seeing you? I’m all for safety, but if you choose to wear extra that’s on you, I’m not paying for it, but “ supposedly “ it’s a company policy. My teeth did not feel clean when I left, they felt gritty. My appointment was at 3:00, I left at 5. I will not be going back. I will let them rot out of my head before I will be taken to the cleaners by this company again. You have gotten all my money you will get.

I had the pleasure of being treated as a patient here just yesterday and cannot speak highly enough about the staff and my overall experience there. I had not been to any kind of doctor's office in almost a decade and was very nervous about finally trying to speak to someone about all of the pain I was experiencing. Even before I arrived, the assistance I received over the phone to help me navigate directions was very sincere and professional. Once I arrived, they helped me to complete the consent forms and explained each step to me with care.

If it weren't for the initial kindness of the staff at the front desk, I likely would not have had the nerve to stay to be screened. However, I was encouraged by their smiling faces and polite demeanor to continue with the visit. I was able to be treated by Dr. Stone himself no less!

I am really sorry I cannot remember all of their names. I was an emotional wreck after hearing my initial prognosis because it really emphasized the consequences of avoiding medical care for all of these years. I was mortified and embarrassed to see how bad my teeth had gotten and knew it was my own fault for not having gone to a dentist earlier. The tears came of their own accord, but they were so generous with their time by sitting with me and reassuring me that I was not being judged for my situation.

I was a victim of my circumstances and they took extra time to make sure I felt I had a place among them. This alone was already a large sacrifice for them. Everyone was extremely busy and I was the last patient of the day. Even someone with my limited knowledge could tell that time was very precious and I was so grateful that they were willing to give of themselves and their resources for me.

All this, however, was only the beginning of their kindness. The team at Monarch Dental gave someone like me with nothing to offer a gift worth thousands of dollars. I only knew this because, between the tears, I could barely bring myself to look at anyone in the eyes and instead just read over the informed consent copy and details of their special pricing for those without insurance coverage. I knew that a root canal operation was expensive, but it seemed it was necessary or else I would be facing more extreme options like extraction. Though their special discount pricing options on their annual plan seemed to save people many thousands of dollars on procedures just like this one, I still would never be able to afford something like that in my current situation. That's when one of the nicest dental assistants reassured me that Dr. Stone had agreed to stay later than he'd planned to do this for me at no cost!

I hope that last sentence really sunk in for any of you continuing to read. I know this is a long post...and I am not the best at expressing myself like this, but this was in invaluable experience. The entire day was completely free for anyone willing to schedule with them in advance. The staff all volunteered their time and were working hard for all of us that desperately needed the help. There were people of all ages/walks of life there yesterday being treated with love and respect. I've been to an event like this before at a different location. I had to arrive the day before to sleep outside just to secure a spot in line, but this was completely different. For one, I was able to schedule a time. I got to wait inside and they even let me use the bathroom that was meant for employees. Though I wouldn't dare to take any further hospitality from them that day, they even had drinks and magazines for you as you waited in their warm lobby instead of outside in the cold and rain.

At this point, I'm sure I'm rambling...and I'm even more sure that all of this praise is being suspected of being staged. And to that, I simply encourage any who doubt my words to visit for yourself. I left their office yesterday with more than just a treated tooth and a wad of cash straight from the doctor's own pocket to pay for my meds. I left with my heart filled remembering what true kindness feels like. Thank you so much!

Tricked me into paying for my services they said I needed only to find out the 1600 was only for part of it. I agreed to do all dental work they said I needed for that. Then when it came check out time, I tried to schedule the extraction I needed and was told it would be a considerable amount more. The lady apologized saying she didnt communicate it well to me. That's it!! I would not have paid for the services you get for 1600. They also left out my oral cancer screening I paid for. Will never go back.
