2019 UPDATE: Since going here for 4 years, I have gotten disappointed. I try to book for the whole family to go in on one day to make it easier for all of us to take off of school and work. The office called and confirmed ONE appointment... but not the other because they failed to update all of our profiles with the new contact I provided when I called in to book. So they canceled 2/3 appointments and asking us to reschedule it for another day. Secondly... there is a "priority" tier? Where they push your appointment to the top vs others? I'm not even sure how that works. but overall, this chain dentistry has become a commercialized business and you're just a number.
I love this dental office. From the time I made an appointment and through the entire process of my exam and cleaning, they made sure I was comfortable and aware of every step of the process. To top it off, since I have ppo ins. I also get free teeth whitening!!! How awesome is that??

Walking in was very inviting and comfortable atmosphere. I'm a very busy individual so I like the ease of scheduling online and getting an appointment the same day. I got off work early today so this was perfect! Also you have the option to fill out all forms online before stepping foot in the office! Tiandra was very informative and clearly spoken. She kept you informed every step of the way. Office was clean and the whole process was organized and smooth. Ill definitely be back arlee the only female hygienist as she puts it was fantastic!

I had high expectations coming in . I was quickly let down the minute I realized how much I had to pay for services that I later found out were cheaper at other places. The other places provided better quality services and staff was much more welcoming. When it comes to teeth I care about service which is why I thought Mint was the place to go . The service was average at most . My biggest issue was with their Orthodontist team . The orthodontist said I needed a $4200 Invisalign treatment even though I had originally gone for a broken wired retainer . The retainer itself wasn’t completely broken , only a piece of glue had come off . I expected the team to simply fix it but they insisted I needed this treatment . I pay out of pocket and I refused to pay on the spot. I did research with several Orthodontists in the area as well as some further out . They all let me know I didn’t need Invisalign and I fixed the problem for only $65. All in all , I wouldn’t recommend any MINT location . Pricing is ridiculous.

Walter was really nice and took my trays. Carlos was awesome and did a really great job on my cleaning! He was very gentle. Che did a great job explaining my options and was hilarious! I love the overall care that this office gives!

First time visit and I was very impressed. The staff here are very polite and they make sure you are comfortable! My dentist Cheryl was AWSOME and so were the other dental assistants! I will definitely be coming back for my next visits!!

I'm terrified of needles and injections, but I'm super amazed that I felt nothing after 3 fillings!!! I'm happy with how teeth look, it was fast, no pain, and the staff are friendly, polite and make you feel very relaxed. Loved the experience. Awesome place!

Went back to Mint Dentistry today for a deep cleaning. Judy , Tomasa , and Dr. George were beyond amazing. Made me feel calm and explained everything to a T. For someone who is new to dental care it was perfect. I loved each of them. I am thankful for their work and character. We will be returning in the future.

I'm so happy I went to Mint Dentistry in Carrollton. Everything was explained very thoroughly to me before anything was done. I had some crown done and Dr. Sharma and Sarah were explaining everything they were doing and what to expect next. Couldn't say the same thing about my last dentist. The whole staff were amazing!!! I could really tell they cared about their patients. They will be our dentists from here on out. Great job, y'all!!!!

I love coming here to get my cleanings done especially with Judy the hygienist! Judy makes me feel very comfortable and is always so friendly and nice. I always have a great cleaning experience with her and I highly recommend coming here for your teeth cleaning. Make sure to ask for Judy! (:
