ETA: I originally gave this five stars because I felt uncomfortable giving anything lower when I had to show an employee my review in order to get some extra whitening gel. Honestly, this place had too much going on. Tablets while you wait to be called back, Netflix/Hulu once you’re in the chair, multiple dental assistants cycling through my room. I felt overwhelmed. I did really like my dentist, but I’m unlikely to go back. If you get patients in and out quickly, you don’t need all the extra entertainment.
This is probably a good place for kids with short attention spans and/or a healthy fear of dental work. But I didn’t love it here.

To come to a dentist where the employees seem ecstatic to actually be "at work", and your hygienist (Judy) actually cares about your teeth and experience is amazing...

I went in because my crown fell out. The front staff greeted me so kindly. Had an appointment the next day. Filled out paperwork the day before. They went step by step told me what was to happen I was never felt in the dark. Very state of the art. I listened to jazz while waiting. Soo cool. I am from California and Mint was recommended by my niece. So I HIGHLY appreciate and recommend this dentistry to anyone who’s even a little apprehensive like me. No need to look any further. If I could give it a 20 I would.

I enjoyed the cleaning. It was thorough. The dentists did not find nearly as much wrong with my teeth as a previous dentist. You may take that as maybe they're not as thorough but I took it as them not trying to charge me for unnecessary procedures which is a plus. I did not like the music in the waiting room. I've never been as annoyed by waiting room music as I was today. I also thought that the restroom had not been cleaned in a day or 2. The dentist, the hygenist, and service was good.

My experience at Mint Dentistry was amazing! From the front desk to the assistant to the hygienist to my doctor everyone was so kind and friendly. They made sure that I was comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire experience. Roxy made sure I got my paper work in order upon arrival and got me into my appointment on time with very little wait. Shoutout to my assistant Kelsey and hygienist Judy for making my experience fantastic, comfy and stress free. April in billing was very informative and explained all my charges and made sure that I didn't overpay and utilized my insurance to my benefit. Dr. Hirani was very kind and I was impressed with her attention to detail. I can see now why this office has stellar reviews. I will be recommending family and friends to this office. Mint dentistry for the win!

Before I even walked in the door, it was a great experience because there was ample parking. A staff member stands to greet you at eye level with a big beautiful smile! I'm the biggest chicken when it comes to the dentist and have neglected my teeth for too long due to the fear. I never once felt uncomfortable at Mint. Far exceeded my expectations and highly recommend to even the biggest chickens like me! All my questions were answered and I felt like a VIP.. no longer a chicken!

I came to Mint Dentistry Carrollton to get a cleaning on Dec 2nd and waited an hour before I was seen. The whole appointment almost took two hours. I then came in a week later for my appointment to get filings. I waited a hour and 40 minutes before I asked what is going on? The front was very cold with breeze coming through the door and I been waiting so long. The receptionist advised I should be coming up and they are way behind. This is unacceptable! To have someone wait nearly two hours for an appointment?! Whats the point of making one if it is that late. Also, I was coming on my birthday and one of my few days off. I did not want to spend all day in a dental office. I feel I was just a number, and they stuffed as many appointments as possible not caring about service and how long we had to wait. My teeth are important, my time is important and this was the worst dental experience I have seen in my life!

Don't buy into the hype or this place (or any of their chains) just because of the whitening package. They treat you like a notch on a conveyor belt. Treatment is very rushed, and they pay little attention to what your needs are. And of course they will recommend whatever high price treatment that will put money in your pocket
Oh, and this really is the icing on the cake. The ONLY reason they have so many 5 star "positive" reviews is because in order to get our free teeth whitening they love talking about so much, you have to leave them a 5 star review AND show it to them before you can receive your trays.
