I love how this office treated you like a real person and not just another butt in a seat. Everyone explained things perfect so that I truly understood what was needed and what was going on step by step! Can’t wait to get through my treatment and have beautiful teeth and not cost my home to do it!

Honestly, I had the longest and the BEST teeth cleaning EVER.
Hygienist Jessica and doctor Veronica did a fantastic job. They also gave me great advice (I never heard before) on how to maintain good mouth hygiene.
When I left, my mouth was 2.5 lbs lighter. My teeth are so clean and polished, now I have to wear shades.
They both deserve the Nobel Prize for Dentistry !!!

The Taco Bell of the dental industry.
I saved $900 by going somewhere else.
There’s a big difference between a smaller personally owned dental office vs a franchise.
This is not Dr. so-and-so’s dental practice this is swish.. your first job out of dental school?
Sorry you’re all very nice people. But charged the hell out of my insurance for that visit ,that was a glance that was not an exam. And the time it took you to email me that form was unprofessional.
I hate to give a bad review but that was so bad for being medical professionals?

The staff is so incredibly friendly. I have a fear of the dentist and the dental assistant made sure to walk me through everything and make sure I was as comfortable as possible. The front desk staff were also incredibly kind, and the Doctor was super awesome in settling my nerves and having a plan of action to get my teeth’s health back on track! Can’t wait for more visits (:

This was my first time at this dentist. The office is impeccable, everything is new. It looks more like a boutique than a dentist office, which may be a little weird to older clientele. But all the employees are great! Everyone made me feel welcome and explained every process. The only thing I found strange was that I came in for a cleaning and I got everything but a cleaning. I got a consultation of what was needed but I didn’t get a cleaning. I setup my next appointment to get my cleaning and some minor work, but that’s more time I have to take off from work. Just interesting that I didn’t get what I went to their office for. Then again I may have messed up the appointment process they have online.

Thank you Valerie and everyone at Swish for a smooth visit from the moment I was looking to schedule til now. Valerie was very helpful with checking my insurance to see what was covered and what I could be looking at to pay out of pocket before scheduling. When we got there, the staff was quick to get me and my husband back. I like that they tell you what needs to be done and show you the break down cost of everything before leaving. The vibe was a total game changer and made it super chill and laid back! I highly recommend Swish in Cedar Park. I will be referring my friends and family to y’all! I am no longer dreading the dentist office!

Typically do not like going to the dentist but Dr P is great, very personable, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to about my needs and timeline I would want to do things.
Susanna is a fantastic, did a great job on my whitening and made sure I knew all the do’s and dont’s so I had a lasting result. I’m going to send the rest of my family to the Cedar Park location to Dr P, they will love her!

Just ok experience. Continue reading if you’re interested in the negatives: The receptionist said she needed to confirm my insurance and that she would do so and take care of it. I called back next day to confirm and it hadn’t been done much less even started.
I was sent texts (way too many times) asking me to complete an intake form. I did, which was more time consuming than it should have been, and none of the four employees I had contact with read it. I disclosed the reason for my visit in paragraph form and no one read it haha. I indicated several times that I’m pregnant and I was directed to take an x-ray (big no no), which is problematic.
I was also asking about a specific issue and the dentist told I’d be given a list of providers to treat me, this did not happen.
Overall, my recommendation is that you don’t visit this location if you’re considering it for a cleaning. It’s not terrible and the cleaning was fine. Not worth going when there are many other options. The dentist seemed competent and thorough when evaluating my teeth health and the patient next to me. Oh yeah, they don’t put you in rooms, just a small wall divider between patients. If you’re worried about others hearing all your business then this isn’t the place to go.
