I was a Swish Domain patient, so I was excited to hear that Swish Cedar Park opened just this week. Everyone at the CP office was so nice during my visit.
I got a full tour of the office, which was a nice touch. They're still working on getting the space totally filled out, but it already looks great. The patient exam and cleaning rooms are on the side of the building where there's a huge window, so you can look outside while you're in the chair. Most of the space is very open concept; you can hear what's going on in the station beside you, but there is some wall between you. There are also screens with Netflix if you'd like to watch during your appointment.
The dental assistant and dentist were awesome. They went over my x-rays and scans basically tooth by tooth; I've never gotten so much information and explanation about everything, and I really appreciated the level of detail I received. The hygienist was great, very thorough but gentle.
Even though I was a patient at the Domain, I got the new patient exam for CP, which was scheduled to take about an hour and a half. I also ended up needing a filling replaced, and they were able to do it then and there. Very good filling experience, barely felt a thing. I also have Invisalign currently, and everyone who worked on me was very attentive of my buttons and asked lots of questions to make sure they didn't disturb anything.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this Swish location.

Very friendly staff.clean facility. Only down side is they want their money right away before you get your dental work done which is understandable…But when you overpay you don’t get your refund back at the same persistence they demand payment .Plus when cost are split between different service they don’t warn you about how expensive the the cost in its totality.

I went there needing a denture replacement. When I got there they hadn't even read my info. She asked me to remove my denture. I did. They didn't even offer me a towel or sink. Said they would be contacting me. Never did.

High pressure sales team, they gave me a treatment plan and needed more than 9 teeth needed fixing, they ask HIGH PRICES , I ended up going to another dentist based on a friend recommendation and I only needed work on 1 tooth. RUDE STAFF, at the front desk with tattoo doesn't answer and behaves in such a rude manner with customer. They keep pilling up the bills with UNNECESSARY PROCEDURE.
