Scheduled a routine cleaning and didn't receive it. Got x-rays taken and reviewed by doctor and a bill.

My son and I walked in and were greeted by name! We signed the necessary paperwork and were taken to an exam room for my son’s appointment. Shortly after a few questions were answered the dental treatment took place. Then we were given some aftercare instructions and we were out the door. Thank you for treating my son and I with the upmost care!

The most horrible experience. This place is a total rip off. Went in for a normal cleaning. I didn't know Xrays could be so painful. They stick some weird looking thing in your mouth and push it against your tongue and gums and ask you to bite down on it and say don't move. They did this several times and it was painful and annoying. I am not sure if this is some prehistoric X-ray equipment. Then the dentist comes, does a 30 sec quick look in my mouth and comes up with this analysis. I have very bad gum disease. All my root canals have to be redone and 5 of my porcelain crowns replaced. Apparently it was not done right. My lower jaw bone is apparently shrinking or is about to disappear. In addition I have some spacing between my teeth which needs to be taken care of. Normal cleaning cannot be done unless its deep cleaning. The cost of this deep cleaning alone is around $800. I can see this has been suggested to several others as well. I also need all my wisdom extracted. If I have to get the rest of everything she suggested done, I might have to sell my house and live in a homeless shelter. But I can at least be happy that my teeth are in good shape. I told them that I would take a second opinion on all the procedures suggested. You could clearly see they were not happy when I said this.
They have a rating of C with the Better Business Bureau. I wonder why!
You have been warned!

Let's face it, no one enjoys going to the dentist, I have always had extreme anxiety going to any dentist but this place was different!! They all put me at ease immediately, no unnecessary work was done, and I don't have dental insurance so they worked with me on payment. I absolutely recommend this place to ANYONE needing a new dentist

Not even one star this DMD deserves, I went to this office for a regular cleaning and DMD Samina, Ashraf end up recommending me treatments That I did not need, try to charge me like 1500 USD after I decline and said that I just wanted the regular cleaning done This DMD came back and treat me so rude the pain that I have to hold for a cleaning was horrible and no ending up like that, this Mrs. Samina, Ashraf send a bill of 1090.00 USD to my Dental Insurance. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

I loved this place for about 3 years but they have gone through a couple of new dentists and got a new hygienist. Now I feel like it's a puppy mill. The main doctor is fabulous but she is probably just tired of managing her practice. Both my son and my husband got an assessment of needing a $1500 deep cleaning and, after getting 2 other opinions, that wasn't the case at all. I paid $89 for an exam and xrays for my son with NO cleaning except this $1500 program! Their website lists new patients as getting an exam, cleaning and xrays for $59. Anyway, I am not going to go back there again... really a shame, too. They used to be caring and trustworthy.

Took my mother (who's visiting me from India) to get her partial denture repaired. I was told they would send it to a lab, and was charged $250 for it - which I was okay paying thinking my mother wouldn't have to suffer while she's here. When I went to pick the denture back, it wouldn't fit my mother properly and the dentist did polishing / removing the excess material/applied reline (not sure if it was sent to lab at all). I was told to pick up an adhesive cream to ensure the denture doesn't fall off her gums- I got 2 packs from CVS at $5! There are so many self service options out there which could have served the purpose in the short term. I wish the dentist was transparent and told me about these low cost options (knowing that my mother would leave for India pretty soon) at the get go - I was taken for a ride for not doing my research before. When it comes to pricing / details around it - they lack integrity and moral uprightness.

Loved the front desk people, super lovely and patient. Very professional and eloquently spoken. The dentist told me I had 9 cavities and the front desk switched to a salesman, I-want-your money attitude very quickly. They told me the tiny itty bitty cavities on the screen were major and that if I didn’t get fillings soon, they would need to be crowns. Now, I understand 9 fillings is quite a lot of work. But it felt quite rushed. I had told them the teeth they worked on felt strange. They said it was normal as it being a filling, so I continued on with my day and thought myself wrong. Overtime, due to the rushed work, I found a huge gap between the filling and the tooth. Some of the tiny microbes from my toothpaste was legitimately getting stuck in them. So I went back to have them reworked. They dentist immediately questioned me as if I was wrong that they weren’t feeling placed well, then, preceded to rush fixing the few. They had told me “free of charge if we messed up cause that is our fault” they claimed I wasn’t flossing and that’s why the felt off. ( I had been flossing especially after the fillings.) after they fixed them I preceded to floss. Five months pass, and While I was flossing, one of the fillings came out. We called and the front desk quickly went to “oh, he’s going to need a crown.” Without even asking about what happened. Very fishy... not a big fan of the “let’s make more $$$” vibe I get from the place. Very disappointed with mediocre work.

The staff at Coppell Modern Dentistry are some of the best in the biz. They’re always friendly, always professional, and always dedicated to keeping their patients on the path to oral health. If you’re looking for a dental office where you feel like a name not just a number this is the place to go.

This place used to be good when Dr S was there. I don't Know what happened, they have all new staff, the new dentist Dr G was quite rude to me. I wouldn't Recommend this place to anyone.
