The staff at Tide definitely goes above and beyond for their patients! Being a new patient, Veronica initially took care of getting in touch with my insurance personally to sort everything out. Dr. Amisha is also amazing! Out of all the dental experiences I’ve had, the experience with her was the best. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and genuine in our conversation about my dental health. The rest of the staff that I encountered throughout my visit(s) were very friendly, genuine and welcoming as well! On a much more surface note, the interior aesthetic of Tide is so modern and trendy, unlike the usual dental/doctor’s office. I definitely recommend Tide Dental and look forward to my visits here.

I’m extremely disappointed in the way you treat your customers especially those who are in an emergency situation. I called your office twice and left voice messages because no one answered, I have filled out the appointment request form on your website twice to request an appointment and I had a text message from you that I replied to to set up my next appointment. ALL OF THESE METHODS WENT COMPLETELY UNANSWERED!!! I need an appointment ASAP. I have a tooth that needs to be pulled immediately. I have headaches and can barely turn my head because of the pain. An answer to one of my requests would have been nice. Tell me something…… but to feel ignored by a supposedly reputable business is just ridiculous, uncaring and unethical. I wanted to make sure and inform everyone to what they can expect. My insurance doesn’t give many choices on providers so I feel stuck.!! Please contact me ASAP.
