The staff is always very friendly & helpful. They always treat my daughter the best. They were really great in helping me choose what would be best for me as well. Been going here with my daughter for 4 yrs now. Wishing I would have started seeing them myself earlier. They're really just wonderful.

I went here for a dental checkup/cleaning a few months ago when i first moved to Corpus Christi. The wait time was TERRIBLE! With an appointment i waited nearly two hours, they had the sandlot 2 playing and i watched the entire movie plus midway into another one by the time i was called back. They took a ton of pictures of my mouth/teeth but not once did i see the tool cleaned. Im not even sure they changed the plastic before putting the tool in my
Mouth. The tool was covered in plastic, they picked it up and just put it in my mouth which made me very uneasy. The entire time i was there there were children running around the office. I think the children belonged to one of the hygienists because one of them walked in the room where i was getting my teeth cleaned in the middle of my cleaning! The hygienist told him to go play and laughed it off but i thought it to be incredibly unprofessional and it made me very uncomfortable. They lady did NOT clean my teeth. She looked around at them and said they looked clean. The dentist came in and spent five minutes with me TOPS. a asian man, he seemed impatient like he would ask me questions and then seem annoyed at the time i was taking to answer him. I spent nearly 3hrs there and got seen for maybe 15min of that. I do NOT feel my teeth were cleaned properly compared to the type of dental care i am accustomed to. The place was just not a good dental office in my opinion. I will not be returning or giving them any of my business

My experience with Tide was awful. I never even made it in for an exam. My initial appointment with Tide was rescheduled for 30 minutes earlier than the original time and nobody bothered to call. I left work early, called them on my way, and the guy I talked to said my appointment was for 4:00, not 4:30. I called right back and talked to a nicer lady at the desk and she told me my appointment was for 4:30 and didn't understand why it changed. The customer service provided by the guy was horrible. So, that appointment was cancelled because my time was switched without me knowing. I even confirmed a few days before the appointment. Mistake are understandable, but it's not understandable to be rude. I rescheduled for yesterday at 3:00 PM. I had already talked to the original guy over the phone about all of my insurance information. I arrived about 10 minutes early and filled out yet another set of paperwork - almost all the same information I told them over the phone a week prior. I then proceeded to wait 40 minutes. When I asked the receptionist how much longer the wait would be, she hardly bothered to look up from her computer and told me she had no idea. She didn't bother to check or to apologize for my wait. My appointment was at 3:00 PM. There were only 2 people who went back while I was waiting. When it hit 40 minutes of waiting, I told her I would just need to cancel my appointment. She replied that I had X-Rays and they only have one X-Ray room. I'm not sure what this had to do with my wait. I'm a new patient who had to have x-rays, this was known information for everyone involved when I made the appointment. They chose this time, not me. Making a patient wait almost an hour for an appointment is really not respectful of their time and there are plenty of other dental offices in Corpus you can choose. Between the customer service and the wait time, I would most definitely never recommend Tide Dental. There was no redeeming themselves from the first mess up and I didn't sense that they cared whatsoever about the lost business. I would recommend customer service training for the receptionists involved, if it weren't for them, I might've been more patient about the initial mistake and the wait time.

The staff here is so welcoming and knowledgeable. I’m so glad I made m appointment.

I have 3 boys that I take to Tide Dental. I also go myself. A major plus side for me is that they scheduled all 3 boys on the same day. Most offices won't do that! Each time I go, the staff is extremely friendly. I have had insurance issues, but they worked with me without frustration. The dentists are great. They treated us like family. I was nervous to change dentists, but I am glad we did. I definitely would recommend their office!

I I really enjoyed Tide dentals expertise and they have a lot of knowledge. They are very good at what they do. I was impress with all the work that was done on me. Most important was the way they treated me. I really appreciated how nice they were. I can tell they love what they do. Made you feel very comfortable. Like they knew me, and knew how I wanted to b treated. I will go to them from now on, and will highly recommend TIDE DENTAL to everyone I know! Thank you DOCTOR AND STAFF!!! Loved IT!!!! Oh! By the way. I will do more flossing! I promise! >

The BEST Dentists office you could ever go to!

Dr.Khoo and his staff are beyond amazing. As soon as we walk in the door we are greeted with a smile front the front desk staff. Dr Khoo is so patient and very understanding with younger patients. My 7yr old son had some work done today and Dr.Khoo explained every step of the process and made sure he was comfortable before advancing with anything that needed to be done. This kind of bedside manner is what's needed to shape our youths confidence and comfort about coming to the dentist. Excellent job to the entire Tide dental team.

Had to to get a cleaning, 2 teeth with decay cleaned and fillings for them and another filling for a chipped tooth. Staff was very considerate of pain and made sure to use enough anesthesia to keep me from feeling any pain whatsoever. Definitely will be my go to as long as I’m in Corpus!

I've been going to Tide Dental for the past two years and have never encountered any issues. The receptionist have great customer service and the dentist that have worked with my teeth do a fantastic job! I have had two annual check ups, a few cavity fillings, and wisdom teeth extractions done here.
