I was completely broken when I came to this dental office I had been to a local dentist office (the one that looks like a log cabin on S.27th in abilene), she ripped my tooth out and had given me a partial when the tooth was not the same size length or width. I literally cried for 4 days straight. I called the dental lab and was informed it could be corrected the dentist just had to return the partial and they would fix it. I called my dental office and was able to see the dentist on that Friday (she pulled it tues) she was rude and told me nothing could be done even after I told her I'd spoken with the lab. I called Energy Square Dental and had gotten an appointment that following Monday. Yes it was 3 hrs away but I figured if I had to go somewhere I needed to go back to my hometown. Dr. Blandford called me personally on Sunday night at 7pm spoke with me about how he could bring my smile back. "How can I assure your satisfaction when you come to our office?" I cried as I told him how I was done. He listened and told me he would do his best and said I will see you tomorrow. I walked into the office and they placed me in the back because I was ashamed of my mouth and he did not want me to feel uncomfortable. (Wow he listened) I was treated like I was a family member they did the exam xrays and impressions. Showed me what i should have had done and began to order my new smile. I walked out of the office feeling better than I'd even felt. I came back on Thursday to receive the smile I had when I was younger I did not need my old partial my new one was and is priceless I have not stopped smiling. I am not being paid to say this, these are my real feeling. Last Friday, my neighbor woke up with what he needed was an emergency extraction since his whole right side of the face was swollen like a basketball. Most dental offices were either closed or about to as it was close to noon, so in my frantic state I found the Energy Square Dental Group on the internet (as they are very close to the "M" Streets) and dialed the number before I realized that they were closed, but Veronica did answer and when I explained what was going on she recommended an oral surgeon that was close to home. I called and made an emergency appointment. They promptly tended to him and within a couple of days, he was pretty much back to normal.
If Veronica is any indication as to what their "Caring Customer Service" is like at Energy Square Dental, I would highly recommend them!!! Thank You Veronica!!! You saved the day as he would not have made it through the weekend and would've needed to be taken to an emergency room that afternoon!!!!! Kudos!

I highly recommend the Chao Gum Rejuvenation procedure performed by Dr. Blandford at Energy Square Dental. I have experience the traditional gum surgery using tissue grafts, and the Chao Gum procedure is the preferable experience in my opinion. I experienced the traditional method for gum surgery at a periodontist's office. It involved tissue removal from the roof of my mouth, stitches, and wearing a stent/covering to protect the roof of my mouth as it healed. The traditional method involving tissue grafts was a longer surgical procedure, so I opted for anesthesia. Because the Chao Gum procedure was a shorter procedure, I elected to forego the anesthesia and experienced no difficulties; I also was able to eliminate the added expense of the anesthesia. The Chao Gum procedure was more comfortable for me; I experienced minor swelling and minimal pain which was solved by taking an ibuprofen initially. And with Chao Gum Rejuvenation the post procedure experience was preferable because I avoided the need for stitches and wearing a protective stent. If I require future gum surgery, I will not hesitate to elect Chao Gum Rejuvenation with Dr. Blandford and his team at Energy Square Dental. Dr. Blandford and his team coached me through the entire process and made me feel at ease. Thanks Energy Square Dental!

Had 4 fillings replaced. Took less than 2 hours. Was apprehensive about following through with the appointment due to allergy/sinus issue. The dr was able to numb my gums so that my nose wasn't further agitated.
