I've been going to Neeley and his team for about 10 years. I've been happy with everything. I had some discomfort with a cleaning one time, they worked with me to figure out how to completely REMOVE the discomfort and each visit since has been perfect.
I've worked with the same team every time I've been. Desiree, Antonette, and Neeley. Desiree and Antonette are really why I go back. They are super nice and always on top of things. My wife goes here as well. She is happy with everything too.
Neeley is really nice and helpful. He's realistic and consistent.
The office moved recently. Their new office is very nice and not "over the top" like some other practices in the area.
We will probably go back here for a long time. No reason to move anything.
I learned they did not take my companies dental insurance recently. Luckily, the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) changes make all preventative work covered.

Today, I had another thorough cleaning. X-rays and cleaning are done with superior equipment. Glad that I found about cracked filling before it became a problem for me. Dr. Neelley & Staff are the best.

It is reassuring to go to a dentist and not feel apprehensive. Every time I go in to see him the staff is wonderful and accommodating. He is a pleasure to talk to as he listens to your concerns and needs. I have had terrible experiences with dentists in the past as most people have had and I have an experience story I need to share with the community to explain good he is to his patients. I had an appointment with him I got mixed up and I showed up when the office was closed. I called the office and no answer. I then called his mobile phone that I had been given from the staff for emergencies. I was off work that day and could not make any other time to see him. I talked to him and he came in to seat my crown. While he was doing this with his office closed and no other staff to assist him another gentlemen walked in with a tooth situation and while my crown was adhering he helped him. This crown was initially seated by a Fort Worth dentist with the crown containing a hole. I was told by him this would be fine and it was not. I went to another dentist and they said it could not be fixed as the margins are too low. Dr. Neeley fixed it and I have not had an issue with this. This is just the type of dentist people need. He does not, in my experience, do things on a whim or seems to be out to gain income by ridiculous exams, procedures or treatments as he monitors potential issues or concerns and acts at an appropriate time. Staff member Antonette is always joy to talk to. She sets the atmosphere as she is the first person to see you in the exam room and her calming presence is very relaxing and takes the edge off of nerves when in the dental chair.

This place has great service. When I initially came in worried about my teeth, their staff was confident that they could get my teeth back up to par. With a deep cleaning and careful instruction my teeth were back on par. They truly care about your teeth and will help you get and keep your smile perfect!
