First, let me say I've been a patient of Dr. Michael Neeley for almost 20 years. He has always, and I'm sure still is, a kind, caring, and attentive dentist. However, I'm sure anyone reading this would wonder why it's a 2 star rating and this is why. In those 20 years, I have rescheduled my appointment probably 2-3 times. Life is crazy hectic these days, and being that these appointments are setup 6 months in advance every time, sometimes last minute business needs require changes. I texted the office that I would need to reschedule the day before my appointment and received a text with no reference, or phone call, it simply stated "We will need to charge a $35 cancelation fee", and I responded that I'm giving advance notice and after all these years as a patient, your wanting to charge me a $35 fee? The response, "We do need a 48 hour notice. We have OTHER patients that would have wanted that time". So you have "other" patients that would have wanted, well you know what, you can have it. And all my other times as well since I'm now the patient of a new dental office. Sometimes it's principle, and while I have loved the staff and hygienists at Dr. Neeley's, it only takes one person to ruin a long term relationship. My new dental office, Dental Concepts was wonderful, personable, and welcoming. I look forward to my new dental relationship and I hope that $35 fee request was worth the loss of much more.

Making the first visit to the dentist in years was a challenge for me but this one was definitely different. Everyone is here at Neeley Dental Group are so nice and welcoming and most important is the smile that never leave their faces! Desiree was very precise with the cleanliness of my teeth, kind and thorough with her explanations. Dr. J, my favorite dentist now! And her assistant Jessica made it the best calming most professional and funny experience ever! The staff were all super friendly and reassuring.
