A great experience with front office staff.
I made an appt to establish Dr. Galloway as my new dentist. I had several phone calls with his staff regarding insurance and other things.
I never had any dental work done through this office, but the front staff was professional, personable, helpful, and wonderful.
Because of this contact, I have no doubt that the actual dentist and his dental assts would be wonderful.
Today I had an appt and despite previously checking that they were an in-network dental office; today we discovered that they actually weren’t a provider for me. Their office had contacted my ins company along with me checking and double checking through my ins plan.
Somehow my ins company screwed up. Sadly I have to locate another dentist practice. Any other office will have a tough time being more customer Service oriented than Dr Galloways office.

I’ve always had a hard time finding a dentist office that I liked and I finally found one! The staff is so sweet and welcoming as well as the doctor. They took my insurance and their procedures are not over-priced. And plus, the wait wasn’t long at all. I would recommend this dentist office 10/10.

There is no better Dentist and Staff anywhere. Dr. Mendoza is the most gentle and skilled Dentist on the Planet. All the Staff in the Art Craft facility are highly trained an definitely know what they are doing. They are also gentle and informative. I hope Dr. Mendoza stays in El Paso. We started taking our two children to Dr.Mendoza a 6 year old boy and a 4 year old girl because we had a negative experience at Texas kids dental, yes they have games to keep kids entertained but they are quick to offer the most expensive unnecessary treatment possible. My husband and I felt that the treatment they were offering was more than our son needed and we didn’t want to put him under just like that. So we decided to take them to Dr.Mendoza for a second opinion. My husband and I already attend Cielo Dental so we have had the best experience but the kids wanted to go to a place with games. Thankfully Dr. Mendoza took his time evaluating my children and even though we took the x-rays from Texas kids dental he still took some of his own and were more clear. His treatment plan was nowhere in the price and aggressiveness that Texas kids dental was charging and recommending. He took care of my kids teeth and was always very professional and walked us through the whole procedure. I would recommend Dr.Mendoza at cielo dental and his staff they are very friendly and knowledgeable!
