Pinova Dental and Braces

Holly ****. My insurance paid mostly and I paid out of pocket. They charged me again by mail the balance already paid. Went to the office and showed proof. All good. Until a Derogatory Mark just showed on my credit report for a balance of $56 already paid😡😡😡😡😡

The lady at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we were seen as scheduled even with the mixup, everyone here is super friendly and very fast and extremely efficient. 10/10 would recommend this Dental office!

Especial thanks to Dr. Arturo Vieyra, to Luis, Maria at front desk helping us with our appointments, they gave us an excellent service and are very gentle persons. Special thanks to Ruby doctor's assistant for giving us that special treat. Our sons now love going to the dentist. You all are very nice and be sure we will be back to you guys! Happy holiday's!!!

There are no zero stars so I must give them one star. I went to check my wisdom teeth because I have one of them inflamed, and they told me that they should take some X-rays to see what was happening. They took X-rays on the wrong tooth and the doctor didn't even want to check me giving me wrong instructions through his assistant. When I told him through the assistant (she was translating) that the x-ray they took was wrong and that the reason for my consultation was for a different tooth than the one they had in the x-ray, he told her to tell me that he couldnt examine me and that if I needed help then I should go to Juarez in a derogatory way, thinking that I didn’t speak English. I found this doctor racist and negligent and I will never go to this site again or recommend it. I will try to file a complaint with the health department for negligence.

My son has never gone anywhere else for dental care; the name has changed but the staff has not. The staff, the atmosphere, the work, it's all still amazing; even after 10 years!!

Terrible. If you need a root canal or crown go somewhere else. Its been over a year and my tooth is still giving me problems, I have to pay another dentist for a second opinion and to fix the shoddy work. Also, half the time the dentist was not wearing his mask so I had to smell his breath...

Thereafter is very friendly, but I've been there twice, the first appointment they forgot about me while I was waiting in my vehicle, second they gave me someone else's confidential paperwork to sign. Other than that, they really are friendly and courteous.

All the staff here is very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, they told me my child had 6 cavities and would need 6 filling but she was scared to do the treatment there and was referred to a specialist at a different location. When I went to the specialist the told me my daughter did not need such invasive treatment because the cavity had not yet broken the first layer of the tooth and drilling it could make the cavity worse. I was very displeased that this dentist would want to drill 6 of my daughters teeth when the was completely unnecessary and potentially more harmful than helpful. Would not recommend getting anything other than a teeth cleaning here.

I liked most of the services.
The assistant Ruby and Kristina are very nice and professional.
But the dentist's skill is not enough to fix my problem (they found 4 cavities and problems started.)
I asked him to adjust my high filling but he said it LOOKS OK.
He didn't actually adjust my filling and treated me as sensitive patient.
All employees are very kind but you don't see a dentist for assistants.

3 times for fillings.
3 times visiting for adjustment of a high filling.
6 times of visiting Pinova dental total.
I went to 3 other dental clinics to adjust the filling again.
I had to pay out of my pocket even though I have insurance which said only primary dentist won't charge me.

Did I solve my problem?
Of course not,
Grinding filling with real tooth and what I have now, sensitivity pain in my mouth.

Whoever reads this one, please think carefully; only one choice can ruin your life.
I eat 3 times a day. I suffer 3 times a day with pain. My life quility gets lower and lower.

Now I use extra special tooth paste and fluoride gel which cost $15 which is not even covered by insurance. If I don't use it I can't even chew.
I have to spend extra money until my final treatment of a root canal.

If you read review, all people mention assistants and service. They don't even mention the "dentist".
