Luis is the greatest!!!! Every time we come into the office he makes my daughter feel so much more relaxed, it’s a big help especially when kids are scared. I definitely recommend this office, it’s a family atmosphere you’ll definitely appreciate!!!!!

They dont even deserve a one star. This place is a joke. Thry dont know how to submit pw to insurance we have waited 3 months for them to get apporval well they whole time insurance said they wont fill it out right. Then my son had to be seen at emergency night clinic for emergency extraction because this dentist kept putting off a twisted sideway tooth which became wrapped in gum. Please becareful

Just a word of advice to all that seek treatments at these dental offices, make sure you request a copy of approval from your insurance BEFORE they get to working on your teeth. I had work done last September and received notice from my insurance that Pinova never requested prior authorization.

I love this dental office they make you feel at home, very friendly and outgoing staff. Luis and Maria are great at attending my kids and making them feel comfortable and they actually have a great time here!

the dentist didn't even introduce himself when doing a procedure on me. i requested before the procedure they let me know what they are doing in my mouth in the moment and wasn't told anything in the process. during the procedure they put some type of band around my tooth and my now gums are turning grey. will never go back and i dont recommend for children. i left shaking. going to a new dentist.

I used to take my daughter here but we no longer live in el paso. I get calls every day from them asking if I want to reschedule my appointments and I keep telling them no! And to stop calling me but the calls keep coming! I dont know what they dont understand about STOP CALLING ME!!!! I've tried handling it nicely but this is getting ridiculous...
