Brident Dental & Orthodontics

I showed up 20 minutes early for my scheduled time and was in "The Chair" before my scheduled time, but was sitting there for about an hour before the procedure started. Not complaining about it... They were accommodating and kept me updated as to what was going on. Scheduled appointments in the health field don't always go according to plan so make sure you set aside extra time and be patient with them.

The dentist that worked on my teeth was very assuring and professional. He made sure I was comfortable and even got me a blanket since they keep it really cold in there(I consider that a good thing). The procedure went well and they consistently asked me how I was doing and if I needed anything. The result was astounding. Even the front office staff and assistants were knowledgeable and seemed to try and stay one step ahead of the dentist. I have a very hard time telling where one ends and the other begins. All-in-all... I will continue to go there for dental needs. Even though it is a commercial business I really felt like I was back in Small Town USA getting service from an experienced dentist that gave out the vibe of no rush and did not make me feel uncomfortable.

I was a new patient and my appt was at 9:00, the receptionist told me there were two people ahead of me. She never took my name and there was no sign in sheet. She called three people up to the desk and so I waited to be called and after 10 minutes of watching her do other things. After being there 30 minutes, I went to the desk and told her to cancel my appointment. She claimed she was just getting ready to call me but it was obvious she forgot that I was even there. I pay good money for my insurance. If that is how they treat patients then I don’t want to be one. There are too many options for dentistry. Too bad too, I wanted cleaning, whitening and possible braces.

Terrible clerical employees, if I were the dentist I reevaluatemy standards. From the first appointment waited 2-3 hours for them to verify my instance even after that was done over the phone prior. Now I have to wait 2 hours because the staff "forgot" to give me a call to let me know that the hygienist was going to be out for my appointment. Just terrible.

I booked an appointment days in advance and the day before they called me and they told me they're overbooked it shouldn't be my fault it should be on their answering service and they need to take me in when they said they are. What are the worst dentist office here in The Valley. This will be the 3rd time they've done this to me. I always tell him to give me the number to the main to them directly so don't want to run into this but they never do.

Harlingen location was clean and easy to find. All of the employees were professional, respectful, and courteous. Everyone works as a TEAM! I hate going to the dentist, but everyone did their best to ease my anxiety. I appreciate that!
The Dentist is Amazing! Over the past 50 years I have seen few dentists. Most are like other doctors: If you see and speak to them (not counting the time their hand is stuffed in your mouth) 10 minutes of their time is a lot. Not the case with the Dentists off Hwy 83 in Harlingen. He takes time to explain exactly what your situation is right now. Then takes time to talk WITH YOU (not at you) about what options are available. Each visit he does the same, making sure you understand.
His assistants do the same. That is what makes this Brident lacation the VERY BEST!

One of the few dental places I actually like and am comfortable coming back to since 2017. Staff is always nice and they're also kid friendly. The doctors have always explained everything thoroughly and given great suggestions and instructions. Denise was awesome and did go the extra mile for me, which I truly appreciate.

This was my first time going to Brident Dental, and I was very pleased with their services. The staff was very friendly, I was in and out of there in less than an hour and a half. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who is skeptical about choosing a dental office to get their dental work done.

Thankful the the office allowed me the opportunity to review charges and plan extensively, until it was understood. The dentist and specialists are wonderful, patient and caring.

Everyone treated me kindly and spoke to me like I wasn't a child. Good service and Denise at the front desk was very nice 👍.

Denise was very helpful and walked me through how to update and access my daughter’s dentaquest card and doctor information.
