Since the get go Joann provided a personal customer service experience that really made me feel comfortable going back and taking my whole family and switch to Brident. Kudos to all the staff and faculty for your amazing work!!!

Worst experience ever!! First the customer service line scheduled my appointment during their lunch hour. Second, the xray machine broke down used for ortho earlier in the day and they failed to call me in rescheduling my son's ortho appointment. Switching to another dentist.

Waited 3 weeks for the inital appointment. Drove from harlingen to pick up patient, 45 minutes both ways, to bring the patient to the appointment, just to find out its only for a consultation, they wont actually do any work on him that day. Meanwhile, hes in pain. 2nd appointment was scheduled a week later. Again, I drove 45 minutes both ways to bring the patient to harlingen for the appointment. Showed up 20 minutes early only to find a sign on the door saying "no electricity, office closed." No one even bothered to call and notify us. No number to call the office directly. Called the 1800 # and the representatives were extremely rude and unhelpful. No resolution. Couldn't even reschedule the appointment for me. Just "call back tomorrow". All the surrounding businesses had power, so did they just not pay the electric bill??? Yet again, had to drive 45 mins both ways to return him home. Won't be making that drive again to chance not getting seen again. The patient is living in pain and these people just keep pushing off the work.

I hate it here. I should of gone somewhere else. I just need one tooth fixed and they made me wear braces for 1 year and 7 months for that. (+$4,000) Then I wasn’t seen for almost 7 months because I wasn’t able to get an appointment, and when I did they called saying the orthodontist wasn’t in so I had to reschedule so I had to wait a whole other month. I had to order everything on Amazon to do it myself because I wasn’t being seen so I straightened out my tooth myself within those few months I wasn’t seen, honestly it only took 3 months. And if you aren’t seen one month you still have to pay that month of course.😑 I was scheduled to get my braces taken off in 2 days but since their orthodontist moved upstate they are making me wait till next month to get them off and get my retainers. Imma end up taking them off myself because it’s been to long for no reason. The orthodontist was great though so I kept going back but now he’s gone so nopeeee

I have had my braces for around 4 months and I just recently got a transplantal nance in my mouth around three months ago, however they have not had an orthodontist at this place for two months and i’m so concerned with my teeth right now. They scheduled me for an appointment on a day that was CLOSED and i did not even receive a call as to why or why not. I haven’t seen a dentist for my braces in two months yet they have absolutely no problem charging my card even though i haven’t even stepped inside. I have to already wear my braces for two years and now the time it will be to get them off will be even LONGER! I’ve never had this much of a bad experience at a dentist than this brident dental!!
