My first visit staff was nice, but seemed incompetent not checking my insurance before my visit and my visit was pertaining to an implant and staff was unsure of coverage and I was told that someone will contact me regarding my coverage and never received a call. What a waste of a visit.

If you've been putting off dental care because of cost, embarrassment or previous bad experience, please go see these folks. They are the best team, professional, kind, non-judgmental and AFFORDABLE! I wish I had found them sooner.

My other dentist told me that I needed multiple fillings, so I went to Dr. Kim for a second opinion; he told me that my teeth are pristine condition and I didn't need any filling. He is honest and trustworthy, even offer me free X-rays for a clear diagnosis. He is looking for the best interest of his patients, he is not trying to screw you over. The office is very clean and equipped with all the newest technologies, staffs are nice and friendly as well.

I was very hesitant about taking my daughters to a new dentist since we had been going to the same dentist for the past 18 years. We do NOT regret the change at all. Irving Dental offers great service, the receptionist is very friendly and sweet, the dentist is awesome and very communicative according to my daughters. Will definitely stay with Irving Dental from now on.

Worst experience ever !!
I had an appointment at 1 pm, got my X-ray done then they told me I had a few cavities, then they told me how much I had to pay and I agreed to it, 45 minutes latter bottom teeth were done, then he stopped and told me he can’t finish the top because he didn’t have time and just walked out. I was so upset because I really get bad anxiety whenever I go to the dentist, they just said you need to make another appointment to finish the top.

My family came in today for routine cleaning and check up, by far the best cleaning for all of us! Usually the cleaning part is uncomfortable but Dr.Kim was so gentle and took his time with all of us. His assistant were also great(mariela) so sweet and very patient took her time with polish and flossing. The receptionist Perla was so nice called and scheduled us all the same day! She mad the forms become a breeze😊 safe to say we will travel from Mansfield Texas to Irving for oral care‼️😊

Had the best experience at this office. From the moment I set up the appointment and walking in. The receptionist who scheduled me was so nice and made me feel comfortable about visiting the dentist due to some pain on my lower left wisdom tooth, she was super sweet and made things easy. In the office I felt welcome by the receptionist and there was hardly anyone (it was 9 am on a Saturday), they called me back fast, Dr. Kim was fast and courteous they explained everything from pricing and how the procedure would go to get both of my left wisdom teeth removed. I decided on it and he did the procedure and was always checking in on me making sure I was okay . I was in and out in about an hour! Best experience I’ve ever had in a dental office. He is now my dentist for the long run’ thank you Irving dental!

I had an excellent experience from the first time I walked in. The front desk treated me very kind. I came in for a cleaning and was seen right away. I felt very comfortable and at peace through out my dental experience. Dr. Koo was very caring and answered all my questions. If you have a dental need, I highly recommend visiting. The entire staff goes above and beyond to meet your dental needs.

Dentist is nice and does good work but front staff failed to tell me she knew my previous insurance was not active. I find out it was switched by my employer but I never got a new card. Once I find out the new information she tells me they do not take my current insurance and still have to cancel the appointment.
If she had told me when she had checked the day before, I could've investigated the problem and not wasted my time, my day off and actually found someone else to do my cleaning. She could not even muster an apology or a sign of empathy for not informing me. Disappointed and hope service gets better for others.

Dr. Kim and his staff are amazing. I came in no appointment with a toothache they were able to get me in and didn't act like I was putting them out. Advised me on my options and were attentive during the whole process.
