Excellent customer service! Took my mother in law and we scheduled an appointment that same day. Best dr and staff! Perla is very nice, helpful, and attentive. My son enjoyed the kids section as well.

I understand everyone have their own experience BUT everything that could have went wrong after my visit it did...I will NEVER go to this dentist again. I had my wisdom teeth pulled and had some filling done and deep gum cleaning...Had to go back and get the filling redone because my teeth were way to sensitive to food and drinks. The filling wasn’t done correctly the first time. Then I returned because I had a bone fragment in my gum from the extraction and this time the dentist cut me under my tongue and after the numbness wore off I had to live in pain until it healed... don’t get me wrong they are nice people but however the outcome for me was terrible So still to this day I have a weak tooth and my mouth hasn’t been the same since and it’s been about 6 months...so I’m still looking for a dentist.

I made my first appointment for today intending to line out a plan to get some major work done within MY budget and spread out over a specific time frame. Dr. Kim and his assistant, Rose were both extremely helpful in getting things planned out. The best part was not just the care and time which they extended me, but also that I never was being upsold anything or felt like I was being told anything unnecessary.
In fact, my experience was quite the opposite. Dr. Kim gave me several options for the work I need as well as possible ways to pay.
I was very surprised at the service in this day and age. I went in a little more than skeptical, since my dentist of 40 years, Dr Tim Dobbins, has retired and I felt like finding a replacement here in my hometown would be impossible. I left feeling as though I had finally found my new guy!
I am very pleased all the way around with the consultation (which he dd at no charge), the future plan for my work, office setting, staff (Rose especially), and everything else. I still can't believe the first set of x rays were actually free. That surprised me.
(Sorry for the ugly picture - I wasn't planning on posting it when I took it.) It's just proof that I am a real patient.

Just finished the extractions and had the immediates installed this morning. Went amazingly well! Thanks again, Dr. Kim and Rose!

Still coming here to Dr. Kim and he is still amazing! All of the staff here are sharp too. His prices are very competitive as well, but his attention to detail is the real reason to come here.

Dr. S Kim is a great Dentist, when I was started my first time there on April 2nd, 2020, he welcomed me with open arms! I'm going to get my dentures there! Dr. S Kim and staff are wonderful, plus they are right down the road a piece from me!!

They have great service at this dental place .Have gone to different dental offices in Irving an had the worst experience ,but so glad I found Irving Dental.Doctors are great ,so professional and staff is the best !!! receptionist Perla is so nice and tried to find the best way to help me get my treatment that same day .
