I have been a patient with Dr. Harper for 10+ yrs. I used to work in Irving, but now live 30+ minutes away. I would drive an hour if I had to. She truly values the relationship with her patients! Dr Harper establishment is 10/10 . The customer service is top tier and they are always super nice and accommodating. I recently completed a deep cleaning and they made the process as seamless it can be. Even during this “pandemic” time that we are in, safety and customer service was awesome!!!

I keep going back because I was not shamed the first time I saw Dr. Harper. It had been awhile since I had been to the dentist due to no dental insurance and she took x-rays, reviewed with me the work that needed to be done and gave me a print-out of costs. It took a couple of years but most of the work has been done. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a doctor who is not pushing unnecessary treatments and cares about her patients.

I changed to Dr Harper this month. My first visit was a meeting and assessment. I came back today for a cleaning. Everyone is so kind and friendly. Reba cleaned my teeth. She was so gentle I hardly knew she was there. I am so glad I chose Smiles of Irving to be my new dentist. I am very grateful

I wanted to go to an African American dentist and loved the fact that she was a woman. I scheduled a cleaning with them. I wasn’t expecting the $15 sanitation fee. I have visited Clear Smiles , North Texas Dental Surgery and a dentist in a neighboring state since my visit here. None of them have that fee so do what you please with that info.
The inside and equipment is dated. The technician that provided my service literally took 45 minute to take X-RAYS of my teeth AND she clearly needed help. Dr. Harper came in did the exam and left. Nothing was explained. Never got the cleaning because it took so long for the X-rays. The receptionist came in with a treatment plan throwing around numbers and sent me on my way. They wanted to charge me $4494 for cavities not including wisdom teeth removal. Which they gave me a card for who she recommended.
I’m mentioning this because I went to another dentist the following month. Repeated the process of X-rays and exam. It took 15 mins if that ( up to date equipment being used), I got the cleaning and the doctor did the exam in an hour. The doctor explained to me what I needed NOT the receptionist. I didn’t have as many cavities as Harpers team said nor did I need to pay that much. I could get my fillings and wisdom teeth removed for $2044.
I have never been back since and won’t be going. I feel like they are dishonest. I really wasn’t expecting that big of a difference in price. I actually only went to someone else to get the cleaning they didn’t do. If you do continue to do business with this office ALWAYS get a second opinion. I’m glad I did and it saved me over $2,000.
