The service was great, once I got someone to see me. I had a 4:00pm appointment. I was 30 minutes early and I wasn't taken back until 4:45. Then I wasn't given treatment until 5:15. It was aggravating but it was only the first time I had been in for a cleaning. Once the hygienist got in, everything was great. I just feel like almost an hour and a half is too long to wait past your appointment with no warning or notice.

I have been to dentists before and doctors and I have really got to say that Aspen Dental here is San Angelo is the most awesome dentist appointment i have ever been to. They were kind... and gentle... and honest. They made me feel like I was w friends I've known for years. I will definitely be recommending them to anybody and everybody I know. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place!!!! 💗😍

I have been to several dentists over the years and this by far was the best experience I have had at a dentist. If you have a fear of dentists this is the place for you. Dr. Sarah was so great! I haven't had any dental work in years, everyone in there worked really hard to come up with a plan to fix my teeth and gums. My dentist took a lot of extra time to explain where he would begin and end, because there is so much damage. The dental assistants were the same, very detailed. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.

Everyone were professional and caring. I had all but 4 teeth pulled. It was done in a very short time and I experienced no significant pain and my dentures are very natural looking. I highly recommend Aspen dental.

This was a dental visit unlike any other. The staff exhibited a level of professionalism that was expected of a medical establishment. However, a new technician was assigned to do my X-rays and it was a terrible experience. I understand that new staff need to be trained, but I just wish I hadn't been the guinea pig here. X-rays are never fun to get, but this was downright painful and uncomfortable. My gag reflex was stimulated about 10 times, and my mouth is still tender the day after. None of these have ever happened to me before
I am also used to getting my exam and my cleaning done on the same day. They may separate them for new patients, but still I wasn't pleased to find out that I would have to go back the week after to get my cleaning after spending nearly 2 hours there to get my exam done.

I got in the same day. Staff was/is very friendly. They got me out just in time to pick my daughter up from daycare;not only Sheila broke everything down to me. Details to numbers. Awesome place. I moved here from Austin & the 1st two dental places i went too didnt do half the stuff they did there. I love it. Thanks again for being an awesome team.
