Very very very expensive! Even with good dental insurance still almost wanted what I make in a year working!!! That to me blows me mind and is just ridiculous and shows how much they care about the money and not the customer and your smile or dental care!

Everyone was polite, and things started out well. It was my first appointment at the office, so it started with x-rays. Once those were done I was sent to the examine room where I waited for about 40 minutes before the dentist came in. Once she was in there it took about 5 more minutes and then I was done. Everyone was apologetic, something had come up with another patient, but hopefully it doesn't happen again when I have to go back next month.

Friendly atmosphere , with extremely nice people from the time we walked in, to the time we left. My mother and I were treated with kindness and respect. Everyone's alittle uncomfortable going to a new place. The staff were patient and caring. Looking forward to seeing my moms smile in her new dentures!

After about half way through my appt the staff could tell i was acting alittle off .. Im 33 and never been to a dentist, my teeth are not bad but they are not good either. As they started to notice i was feeling some type of way they all went out of there way to make things even better and even easier for me. I was actually surprised that they cared so much and treated me like a human and not a client .. I was extremely happy by the time we were all finished.. I wouldn't pick any other dentist over Aspen ! They are the best

This was a horrible experience. I have insurance that covers 100% of a cleaning. They had me come in for an evaluation. The dentist bragged on my teeth, how great they looked, what great shape they are in. Then one and 1/2 hours later, they said I had to have a gingivitis cleaning and it would cost $464 dollars, and my portion would be $265. I asked them to give me the "regular" cleaning that wouldn't cost me anything, and she said they do not "retract" from their decisions. I was there from 8:00am to 9:45am. If they would have told me my teeth were awful, I would have paid the $265.00! I went to another dentist that did the basic cleaning. I feel sorry for all the people that they are ripping off. I would not recommend them to anyone. I didn't even want to give them 1 star, but I had to so I could post this. It does not accept a zero star rating.

My first and second visit was AMAZING!! However, I did have a tooth extracted on 2/19/2018 and still in extreme pain. I called the emergency line on 02/26/2018 two different times. NEVER received a call back from the on call provider. The call center kept calling to see if a provider had contacted me. NO ONE EVER CALLED!!!! How ridiculous is that? I am in too much pain to dispute it this morning, but I will be making a complaint about it until something is done.

Better watch out they destroyed my partial without even telling me it was in. Now charging me over 2000 dollars in collections.I have called and numerous times and they never return my calls. I had a dental credit card and called to settle the debts they took off the partial as I never even got to see it I played the card off that day. .So why would the company come after me having a card for all payments.. They told me to have fixed I needed to repeat the process. I never went back. I Had the work done elsewhere.

I've been terrified to go to the dentist for over 10 years. I went in to have my wisdom tooth extracted they were very calm and reassuring and worked through each step with me. They seem to really care and take the time to make sure you understand everything . Really love this place. Sarah Elrabaa is an amazing dentist I highly recommend her.
