Great customer service from the very beginning! Gentleman in the front office was very polite and helpful and everyone in the back made my daughters feel so comfortable. My 11 year old said she may have dozed off during her cleaning so that says a lot! Thanks to all of you for making it such a pleasant experience

Absolutely the best dentist visit ever! The staff is knowledgeable, courteous & friendly. When you leave, you leave with a complete plan to take care of your teeth/ oral hygiene. You also know they are with you every step of the way with the best treatment & care for your oral hygiene. It's truly affordable dental care for any budget!

Paid $2700.00 and now they're refusing to do the work (making any excuse they can think of!) and they're refusing to return my money!

Dr. Morchat is fantastic - she definitely knows her stuff. The staff is also really nice and friendly. This office is brand new and you can tell that they use the latest and greatest technology. The office was also spotless, I appreciate a clean office. I believe they accept many insurance providers as well. I would highly recommend.

Everyone is friendly and they take their time to take care of you and make sure you understand what they’re saying about your oral situation. Clean and very modern technology. They are transparent in all that they do from what I can tell. You see your X-ray’s at the same moment with the tech. Your bill and course of action is discussed ahead of time. Myself, husband and daughter went and all speak praises of Bob and his crew!

Switched to this office due to getting new dental insurance. The office team was very friendly and helpful. Office itself is brand new so it is very clean! I was seen in a very timely manner and Dr. Morchat was great! I had some questions in particular to whitening and a nightguard and plenty of options were presented to me without a "pushy" sales approach from the team. Great office, highly recommend!

Best dental experience I’ve had in a minute. I came here during the COVID19 pandemic to have my wisdom teeth and dental bond looked at. And they were able to get me in as it was considered a medical emergence. Bob was super help full at the front, walked me through all of my insurance plan , was able to work with my budget as a college student and is always in such a great mood. .They informed me I need my wisdom teeth out and was able to get me in 3 weeks later once restrictions were lifted.

Today I had them removed, the walked me through everything very detailed. There was a lady who showed me the wrong video, she showed me one for tooth implants, but it was fine because luckily I had already done my research on wisdom teeth removal. 🤭

The staff actually there during my surgery we very nice and make sure I was comfortable. They walked me through everything several times. Dr.Cockerell is the absolutely best. Very calming personality and he walked me through the procedure before and while he was doing it. He’s very transparent when it comes to any risk and they made sure they check my vitals and medical history serval times by several different people to triple check. He also walked me through food options and what to drink and informed me why. He went beyond just giving me paper work. Everyone here made the experience completely personal and Dr.Cockerell truly does treat everyone like family. All of the staff does.

The actual surgery was completely painless, I felt like I closed my eyes to blink and I was out 😂 And I remember him telling me the sedative was going to kick in in about 1 to 2 minutes. I called myself counting down and idk what number I was on 😂 but he wasn’t lying. I felt like I was sleep 2 minutes and woke back up, next thing you know it was over. They brought me back too, help me slow my breathing and took me to my driver.

My fiancé told me I was only back there about an 1.5hrs.

Amazing experience, if I could do it over again I would. But luckily I don’t have too 😂 Rarely write reviews, but I had to write one on this experience. This was my first ever surgery y’all and it was an amazing experience. I never felt nervous about any of it, because they made me feel so comfortable. I was actually really excited to get my teeth out.

I hope someone or everyone takes the time to read this review, because the staff here rocks. And if anyone else tells you otherwise they have to be crazy, because I’m a huge critic.

From the get go everyone is super friendly and welcoming ! You receive a thorough explanation for everything you’re doing and you’re never left in the dark , great place to get work done .

Let me start off by saying no one likes going to the dentist especially in an emergency situation, but the entire went above and beyond to put me at ease. Whether you have a dental emergency or are looking for new dentist I recommend them 100%. Now that my crisis is over my family and I have a new dental office. Thank you guys so much!!!!

De Zavala MD came to my school to inform our staff of the service they can offer. Met with the Dr. Morchat and some of the staff. Our first interaction was very professional, kind and I can tell they really care and value their clients. MD are willing to take time to understand the needs of my family. And make sure that they are met. Going to be glad to make the switch for my families best interest.
