Eventide is, in my opinion, the best of the best in family dentistry. They have always explained the options in detail for any procedures offered to me. They work well with my insurance and I actually look forward to going to the dentist. I have always been anxious about any dental or medical procedure and the team at Eventide puts me at ease everytime. Not alot of dentists offices offer Nitrous for cleanings but with my anxiety, it certainly helps. Dr Pfeiffer is always engaging in conversation and Zaira (the hygienist whose name I might have misspelled) are my go to's for all my dental needs! The desk staff is very helpful when trying to figure out a plan for your individual needs. I highly recommend Eventide Family Dentistry to everyone I speak to about dental care.

Great dental care, Dr. Pfeiffer and the dental hygienists here are thorough, punctual, and just very friendly people. They do a good job accommodating my busy work schedule, and reminding me of upcoming appointments in a timely manner. Very convenient coming from Harry Wurzbach and Austin Highway or Vandiver.

Worst Dentist visit of my life! So I go in for a X-rays and cleaning special. I'm going out of town so I make my appt a week earlier I make sure I told that is the only day I can get it done and I was important to me to get my cleaning before leaving. I get there early and they see me promptly after X-ray and eval they recommend a deeper cleaning; there's come in the financial lady and says is gonna be 1,500$ there's no way I can pay that since I'm paying out of pocket. So, I say no and they told they couldn't do my cleaning cause I was late and there were other patients that I needed to come back. What? Cleaning was what I came in for. They only care about money not patient satisfaction. I left having to pay a bill and no services that I wanted to begin with. Don't recommend them.
