I was a new patient and was very impressed with the entire staff and Dr. Leslie Pheiffer! Every staff member had the best bedside manner and made me feel super comfortable and appreciated. Highly recommend Eventide Dentistry!

I just moved here from NY. During our travels I got a bad abscess. Called many places & this one was the better option bc they are very honest & caring. I absolutely adore S Jay (I believe that’s her name). She’s honest (doesn’t sugar coat things like most people, we are adults & I appreciate her for this), very informative, hilarious & will go above & beyond to help you. I am in a pretty bad predicament but she gave me hope and helped me find exactly what I need to fix my problem without me running around like crazy trying to figure this out on my own. All of the staff are cheery and sweet. Dr. Pfieffer is just the nicest man ever! You can tell he cares about his patients. He doesn’t rush through. He has a conversation with you. This will now be my main dentist!

I am rating this company a one because they moved my appointment back thirty minutes without my knowledge. They assumed that since I had not called them back to confirm the appointment I wasn't going to come.

If I had a history of missing appointments with them that would be understandable but I was sitting in my car, calling them on my way in, after taking the afternoon off from work when they told me they cancelled my appointment but they could squeeze me in thirty minutes later.

I've honestly never had a professional health organization do that. Most doctors don't even confirm appointments made three months in advance.

Anyway, I found it ridiculous and told them I'd go to a different dentist.

So if you want to see them be sure to confirm your appointment or they'll cancel it.

I have been seeing Dr Pfeiffer for over 10 years now and my wife’s family has been his patients for over 35 years. That’s right! Dr Pfeiffer is celebrating 38 years of service to the community and he has developed thru the years, and kept up with all the new technology the medical world has to offer, always giving the best service to his patients.

Dr. Pfeiffer always gives excellent care. He takes the time to listen, makes sure you are comfortable and your needs are met. I highly recommend him for your dental needs.

I’ve moved around the country a lot so I’ve been to more than my fair share of dentists, maybe 8 in my life. Eventide is up there, #1 or #2. They are up to date on technology with the latest imaging equipment. The team works very well with each other to make appointments run smoothly. The visits are comprehensive covering imaging, cleaning, and various areas of oral health. They explain options clearly and concisely. Treatment is conservative and there is no pressure. I found the staff and Dr Pfeiffer kind and knowledgeable.

My crown fell out over the weekend & Dr. Pffeifer’s office got me in quickly on Monday! It was a quick & simple visit in which I was done in less than 25 min! Dr. Pffeifer & his staff are excellent, we’ve been his patients since 2005!
