Dr.Chen was amazing like always. Very patient and detailed. It shows he loves his job and takes pride in his work. It was also very nice to have Juliet assisting she explained everything as we went through all the process which was helpful. Let me begin by saying, I have not had great memories visiting dental offices in the past as a child.

But today my visit was awesome! It was quick, Doctor Smith was great and his staff members are so welcoming!

As a 17 year career in Law Enforcement, this visit changed my mind frame about dental visits!

I will return to this office and will strongly encourage my fellow officers to visit!

I have never left a review in my life but I have to. I was so stressed taking my 3 yr old to the dentist because I thought she’d scream the whole time but this place is AMAZING! Every single person we came in contact with was overly generous and happy and nice. My daughter was literally smiling throughout the whole visit. They were so transparent with pricing options and treatment plans and referrals. As soon as you walk in your child will be happy to see a little movie theatre for them. It’s so amazing here not even kidding I would never want to take her anywhere else. Amazing with children. Go here!!

Martha was really helpful and we’ve been coming here for years. All the people who work here are nice and do their best to make us feel comfortable. Most rooms have a tv and have space for parents or siblings to sit down.

Today was my first time after seven years not being in the dentist I was super scared to walk into this office but the moment I walked in and the nurses were super nice they made me feel welcome like if they already knew me most importantly they calm my nerves down. I recommend this place to anyone in San Antonio looking to have a beautiful smile . Doctor smith made feel calm and felt comfortable to trust him that’s very hard for anyone to do when going to a dentist . I also want to thank smile structure for allowing my husband to come with me I was so scared . This place is the most wonderful place to feel like home . Also they explain everything so well .

I love the kindness and professionalism of the staff. From the moment you walk in to when you walk out you are treated with respect and care. Dr. Chin is very funny and personable as well. Going to the dentist is a pleasant experience here, highly recommend!

Love this office. Dr. Melendez and her assistant Derek were wonderful. My youngest has had to have certain work done and had yet to allow any dentist to work on her. I was nervous that this would be the same but she actually let them do everything that needed to be done. They were both amazing with her and with my other 2 children also. Love this office. Patricia and Angel were also awesome with cleaning their teeth. I would recommend this office if you have any kids that are scared. They truly made my girls feel very comfortable.

The entire process from scheduling to treatment was the best I have ever experienced. The front desk staff was very courteous and thorough. They ensured that my referral was complete and managed properly without any issues. The dental hygienist was very professional and friendly. I explained to her that I had a bad experience in the past and it seemed like she made it her duty to ensure that I had a pleasant experience. She explained everything that she was doing and made sure that my comfort was first. The dental assistant was fantastic. Not only was she very thorough with explaining my treatment plan she made sure that I was comfortable with it as well. Dr. Smith is by far the best dentist that I have ever dealt with. He was more concerned with my well being rather than just getting me in and out of his office. In the past I've had dentist get frustrated with me because of my anxiety. Dr. Smith was patient and helped make the process go smoothly.

I've had dental treatment in many places around the United States but Dr. Smith and his team are by far the best. I felt calm throughout the entire process and that was due to the fact that I could tell that they cared for my well being.

I love this place. We've been going here for three years and always have the best experience. Very nice people. The orthodontist is very good at what he does. My daughter's teeth look amazing now. The place is very clean and we love to look at the walls because they are filled with the cutest murals. I recommend this place with 5 stars.
