Charm Dental - Spring

I’ve been coming to Charm Dental for roughly two years now, and I’m very satisfied with my experiences here. The doctors are kind, thorough, and professional, and the staff are all very sweet. I always feel welcome and well taken care of. No complaints!

I have always been the type to stay away from the dentist due to a very bad experience, but coming here was one of the best decisions I could make. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. Natalie was the assistant who helped with my x-rays and she kept me relaxed knowing I was already anxious. Dr. Mehta was very helpful in every possible way regarding treatment plans and answering all questions I had. I can thankfully say I have found my family dentist

Wanted a new Dentist closer to home and Charm Dental was able to see me the same day!
Everyone in the office was kind and informative.
Dr. Wendy D. was extremely efficient and very thorough. This was the best deep cleaning I have ever had and will be back in 3 months for my Kor Whitening!! 👍👍

I Had The Pleasure of Meeting Dr. Mehta and his wonderful sweet assistants Neda and Sabrina. They took very great care of me. They were gentle with the cleanings and taking pictures. Sabrina, informed me with a break down of different payments plans for my treatment. The Staff is super friendly. Good Energy. I Love How Dr. Mehta was very informative and detailed about my treatment plan and provided me with 3 scenarios for me to have the perfect smile so I can walk with confidence. They truly care about their patients wants and needs instead of trying to get over on clients. Dr. Mehta answered all my questions and concerns with honesty and I respect that a lot. Honesty goes a long way. Thanks for making my first visit impressionable. I will be back in two weeks ! S/0 to the receptionist for finding my keys and returning them.

First, when I called in, on a Saturday, the first receptionist was knowledgeable and patient with my endless questions and put me at ease right away. I think her name was Mia, but I am not sure. She sent me the paperwork to fill out online to streamline my visit.
The day of my visit I had cold feet and thanks to Google, a LOT more questions! The second receptionist, I believe named LaKiesha, was also very knowledgeable about the types of procedures and materials used. She understood my concerns and answered all my new questions.
When I arrived, the 2 receptionists were very nice! The wait was about 2 minutes. The nurses and doctors were friendly, professional and patient. I was very happy with the way they offered to work with my insurance, to submit a plan. They took x-rays and photos and emailed them to me to review at home. I was given 2 prescriptions, and had no out of pocket expense. They offer state of the art procedures and equipment. They gave me a printout of my options with costs.
I was very impressed.

Very pleased with the procedures, attentiveness and concern. They ensured I was not experiencing any pain/discomfort and took time to explain procedures when I had questions. As a person who has "dental anxiety" just walking into a dentist office, I was able to remain calm and have a pleasant experience.

The worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. So firstly the dentist doing the cleaning was very harsh when doing the cleaning. Never in my life have I had sensitive teeth but, this one was way too harsh. Secondly, if you’re an adult and have an insurance there is a $40 fee that is completely made up by the dentist. ( that should be free if it is an annual cleaning) I definitely feel like when you get your treatment plan they rush you into paying and don’t really give you much time to think it over. The prices here are very high themselves. I went out of my way to go see my normal dentist across town and there was a completely different treatment plan and half the cost. I feel as if i was scammed for money as i went to a different dentist and the stuff they diagnosed me with was not the same. I did feel gross out as when they were doing the X-Rays there were touching other object with the same gloves they were touching my mouth with big no no especially with COVID-19. The only good thing is they make you wait in your vehicle until your called next. BTW there is a review form sheet that is sent to you so, I feel like either the reviews are faked or patients feel pressured to write good reviews.
