The front office staff is unprofessional and unknowledgeable. The office manager is quite happy to argue with you, even if she is wrong on simple routine charges. I found the office manager's communication style to be argumentative, condescending, and demeaning. She could also not be bothered to stand still or stay in the front office when I was asking questions. The office staff would not review my benefits when I raised a legitimate question, and the office manager instructed me to read for myself, at least 8 times. They were wrong about the charges.

Hours later, when I offered constructive critism to avoid misunderstandings in the future she continued her argument with me. Again, this was after the charges which she assured me were accurate, were not accurate.

My insurance representative remarked that she had experienced an attitude and an argument from the offfice manager as well, in a separate phone call to clarify the incorrect charges.

Clearly, this dental office is not invested in customer/patient retention. I am a new patient and I received abysmal communication regarding my account and had to be refunded money. I will not be returning to this office for any future services based on the office manager interaction.

Great guy, makes the entire dentist experience very enjoyable, and goes above and beyond to prevent any pain to his patients. Cant imagine a better dentist in the state and certainly not one in the area.

I have visited several times here and the staff in its entirety are very professional and courteous. The environment is friendly and clean. My entire family comes here and I would highly recommend their services.

Dr. H is very helpful I'm afraid of shots dearly and when he went to give me my shot I never even knew he did it they just had me pay attention to somebody else and was talking to me and the next thing I knew it was done the office manager Michelle will work with you I understand there's some times that they're booked solid but she does her best to make your appointment at your time I've been going there for years my daughter Goes to School in Huntsville and she comes down and they work with her too I would recommend this place to anybody that is scared to go to the dentist because he is awesome

Best dentist I've ever had! Friendly and attentive. Answered all my questions and will be taking my son when he's a little older.

They are always thorough and respect your time. He takes care of any concerns you might have. He doesn’t try and recommend unnecessary dental work.

This office never answers their phone, returns voice messages, or gets back to you to schedule an appointment after requesting online. Very frustrating.
