I love Dr. H. He and his staff are incredibly patient and kind to both me and my children, even considering their disabilities. It's been a long time since we had a dentist I really felt like I could trust and I love they they're so open and honest about what's going to happen and they're always respectful of my wishes as a parent, and as a patient. I couldn't recommend them any more highly.

I was always afraid of the dentist until I started coming to Dr. Hamada😁! He is wonderful! He is very caring and gentle, He understood my fear and made my dental experience absolutely wonderful...

I have 5 children and they routinely see all 5 in a row. It wont be next week but they will do it. Dr Hamada is so amazing with children. My children love him and are not afraid at all! This would make him a 4 star dentist but the reason for 5 stars is I was going to a "low cost" dentist for people with no insurance and he told me my 2 crowns were damaged and need to be replaced. 2k worth of work!! I was in so much pain and my kids go here on medicaid so I thought I would get a second opinion. I paid the 160 dollars for American Dental insurance for 14 months and made a free appointment. Dr. Hamada told me and showed me X-rays that the crowns were not damaged. 2 teeth next to them were and one needed a crown. Some total 1.6k worth of work. Being in so much pain I agreed and paid and would worry about rent and bills later. Then we started and Dr. Hamada while drilling informed me that the X-ray showed more damaged then was really there. The tooth could be salvaged with his skilled hands. No crown would be needed. The dental assistant was shocked! I had already agreed and paid for a crown why would he do a much less expensive procedure. Because Ethics is alive and well at Royalty Dental! The work ended up only costing 155 dollars instead of the 1.6k!! This man saved me and my family so much money and unnecessary medical procedures. I know if he recommends an expensive procedure, it is medically necessary. I trust him 100%

Great Dentist. I always hated going to the dentist, having TMJ always made visits difficult but Dr Hamada was patient with me and allowed me to take breaks in between cleanings. I've been coming here for 8+ years and no matter where I move in Houston I sti come to Dr Hamada.

Dr.Raif treats you with great care and makes sure you have no discomfort. Is very great at explaining procedures and steps he will be performing and makes you aware of what’s going on. Every visit has been smooth and painless.

I went in for a bridge today and had to have an extraction. I was very nervous but Dr. Hamada made my operation video quick and painless. He explained every step of the procedure and gave me full control of when I could take a break. I would recommend this location and Doctor to everyone. He is also very funny which kept me entertained.

Dr. Hamada is such a wonderful Dentist!!!! He has great skills and is very heart warming. His staff is very nice and friendly!!!! I would defiantly recommend the practice to friends and family.

The customer service representatives at this location have poor customer service skills. I called to make an appointment, but a lady explained to me that I would need to have the location as my assigned dentist to make an appointment. I called my insurance and made the changes. Then, I called the dental office again to schedule an appointment. The same lady stated that I was not on their roster and suggested I call my insurance. I called my insurance again. They confirmed that I was assigned to Royalty Dental. I called Royalty Dental again. The same young lady insisted that I was not on the roster. Because she didn't offer any suggestions to rectify my issue, I asked to speak to someone else for assistance.

An older lady got on the line and regurgitated everything the prior lady stated. Plus, she began to tell me the policies and procedures of the office. Afterwards, I told her how inconvenient the entire process had been. Finally, she provided some guidance and suggested I get an Eligibility form from the insurance company.

At this point, I just figured I should find another dentist. I’ve been to dentist offices where they would assist the entire process to ensure that you get transferred to their office. This office seemed very unenthused. I'm not sure if it's because I have a DHMO plan or if it's just the culture of the office.

Eventually, I called my insurance company back and they informed me that the roster is only issued twice a month, and Royalty Dental hadn't received the updated roster with my information on it. This staff needs to learn how to be more assistive to potential clients. My call could have been resolved early on with better resolution skills.

I have had extensive dental work done by Dr. Hamada. I was very nervous at first but because he is such a great dentist he eased my fears. He did wonderful work and I would recommend him to anyone.

Best dentist around, goes out of his way to make sure you're pain free and comfortable during any dental work. Explained everything before and even during procedures making you feel very comfortable. %100 would recommend getting work done here.
