I walked in and went straight in for my cleaning. Hygienist was very nice and gentle. Dentist came in immediately after cleaning, no waiting. The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and funny. I usually visit with them longer than I should. I would definitely recommend them!!!

Dr.Cano is such a skilled and honest dentist. He took care of my teeth and my son’s teeth. We are more than happy with our experience with him and his staffs there. Front desk ladies, Tammy and Chrystal, made our whole experience with Premier Dental Universal City so amazing! They were super friendly and professional. They knew my needs exactly and took care of me really well!! I strongly recommend this place to anybody with all ages. Happy clients here!!! :-)

Great staff and customer service. Everybody was very friendly and personable. The exam and cleaning was pleasant and thorough. I do have a couple of dental issues, which I already knew about, and I was given reasonable options for resolution. My last dentist was with a national dental clinic and their primary focus seemed to be marketing. Elite Family Dental's focus seems to be service. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone!

2/21/19 I have been coming here several times now. This office is a little piece of Heaven on Earth. I am in great hands when I come here. I love this place and the staff. They offer hours that can work around my busy clinical schedule. I love the receptionist also.

I am a new patient, just had my office visit this evening. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. I am one happy lady and I am in good hands. Everyone was terrific. Could not have been better!
Second visit, two extractions and partial cleaning, everyone took such great care of me! This is a wonderful place that really cares about the patient. I felt as if my own mother and father were giving loving care to me. They called to see how I was doing and they made me feel great again. I love, love, love this dentist and all the wonderful staff.

I absolutely love this office! The staff is always in a great energetic mood. Any person can see the staff really cares. Heather is my hygienist and is gentle, knowledgeable, and always take great care of me. Dr Herod did an amazing job on a crown I had done with him. By far the best dental experience I've had in my life! I would definitely recommend this office to family and friends.

I am very appreciative for the service I received. 1 was seen on three occasions between 4 to 16 hours as a walk in. All the staff was very professional and the service rendered immeasurable. Elida was exceptional in her abilities that gave me confident that when I left everything would be ok. I always put dental work in the category as "worse than death". bur i founded no fault. Anyone seeking good care should sought them out.

Wilson Oduntan does a really great job! I appreciate his professionalism and easy bedside manner, if you will. It has been that way since he first cleaned my teeth so I request his schedule for revisits. Also, Dr Herod and Dr Cano are great.
