Premier Dental Center Universal City

I went in for a chipped tooth, the doctor did a good job but it fell off during a cleansing a few minutes later. I went on again to get it filled, the doctor mistook the tooth and was “filling”a sane one. I pointed out the mistake and he insisted that the chipped one was natural (during an extensive dental surgery in Italy, the tooth broke but I had too many stitches to work in it at the time, then I moved before the scheduled six months to work on that), while the problem was the sane one. All of this while I pointed out the problem since day 1 and got the job done a few moments before (they probably made a mistake in the number and position of the tooth after the first filling). It was absolutely ridiculous.

I've been coming here a while. Everyone is very nice and thorough. Highly recommend.

Today was my first time at Elite Family Dental and I’m absolutely amazed at how amazing they are!

I walked in early this morning and let them know right away that I was not an existing client, did not have a scheduled appointment, and did not have dental insurance. They got me in after only waiting a reasonable time for being a walk in client. They quoted me for everything and not once did they make me feel pressured! The front desk staff is so friendly and Dr. Cano is wonderful! So excited to have finally found an OUTSTANDING dentist office!

The employees are beyond belief, the two girls in the front are awesome and always have a smile on their faces and always look at for you. As for the dentist there, I went to the same college he went to, Texas A & m in kingsville, he's such a professional I feel like family there as well as the staff in the back how they help you with making u feel at home, I am blessed with how everyone looks out for you there. 👍

The times I have gone to the dental office, I am always seen in a timely manner. The folks are always friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this Dental office.

I had a terrible pain in my jaw and I called to see if I could get something for the pain as I was leaving town that day at 12 noon. I called 8am Monday morning and explained the pain I’d been having over the weekend and didn’t expect to be able to get an appointment before leaving. They were very nice and fit me in at 10. Dr S worked some magic and I was out by 10:30. I so appreciated how they were willing to accommodate me and work me in. Great customer service by all!!

We spent a lot of money on dental care during the first five years we were here in Universal City, Texas. During those years, we went through four dentists, none of which we were happy with. And, the cost of all that care would have bought a nice car. Then, we tried number five, and we were pleasantly surprised. We found Herod Dental, where the dentist and staff are friendly and helpful, and totally professional. And, for once, we receive excellent care at a reasonable cost. I invite everyone to give this dental service a try. You won’t be disappointed.

I went to Elite Family Dental for the 1st time last month. The staff in the front office could not have been nicer, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and appreciated. The Dr. took x-rays and did an initial evaluation. I have neglected my teeth for years and years. Dr. Cano made me feel like this was a completely judgement free zone. He just told me what needed to be done, what he reccomended and what was more cosmetic / elective. He made sure I was comfortable understanding the evaluation and told me about the outcome of each step and what to expect. On the next visit I had several teeth pulled, I can honestly say, this is the first time I have ever been to a dentist and not felt even the slightest discomfort while having my mouth numbed. He was very considerate while working on my teeth. He made sure throughout the procedure that I was comfortable and not getting anxious.
My last Dentist made several degrading comments about the state of my mouth. He made me feel ashamed and embarrased for letting my teeth get so bad.
None of that here. Elite Family, start to finish makes me feel like they are there to help me and are truly interested in "fixing" years of Neglect.
I just can't say enough about how great this team is.

I was greeted by the Office Manager and she made me feel very comfortable. Wilson, the hygienist, was very professional in explaining the upcoming procedures to be done. This was the best thorough cleaning that I have had. I highly recommend this office. Edward Vervais
