Dr. Rachel Heard & her staff are amazing!! I always feel welcome and at home in her office. The girls at the front desk are always friendly & inviting. Every time I have had my teeth cleaned it has been a wonderful experience. Especialy when I have to have more than a cleaning Dr. Rachel & her staff go out of the way to make sure I'm comfortable. Dr. Rachel is always so kind & takes her time explaining things to me. I couldn't ask for a better dental team. I will continue to use Dr. Rachel Heard's office for all my dental needs and refer all my family and friends to her too.

I’ve been a patient for a couple years and have been exceptionally pleased with their services. They have a welcoming atmosphere, friendly and professional staff, clean facilities, good TV programs showing in their waiting room, and they pay attention to details, as evident with their smooth and accurate billing processes. Although they are "out-of-network" for me, I don't mind paying extra costs for their work.
I’ve been extremely pleased with my hygienist and with Dr. Heard. In addition, I thoroughly enjoy the fact that they play wholesome, Christian music during appointments and are sensitive to special accommodations needed by patients. They have a special touch too as they take time to email patients appointment reminders, witty holiday greetings, and other informative correspondence. I also appreciate the fact that they even have a Bible in their magazine rack.
I’ve highly recommended them before and will continue to do so! Thankful for quality dentistry such as Victoria Family Dentistry, as they seek to enhance smiles, both inwardly and outwardly.

It’s been awhile since I took my daughter’s to the dentist, and Katelyn was amazing. My daughters seemed a bit nervous but Katelyn explained what she was going to do and showed them the tools before use, and also was very patient with the many questions my eldest had lol.Thank you staff and Dr. Heard ☺️
