Very professional staff that has taken care of myself and my family for 18 years. Scheduling appointments around my work is never a problem and Dr. Heard has done a great job with making sure that all three of our kids understand the importance of dental health and have no fear of going to the dentist regularly.

I've been going to Victoria Family Dentistry before I can even remember. I've moved cities & still go back to Victoria to get the kind of care they provide. They are unmatched in service & heart. They are awesome people and make going to the dentist a great experience. Cannot recommend this place enough. Love this team!

I have been coming Dr. Richard Heard over 25 years and now Dr. Rachel Heard! Love them both, they and their staff are warm and caring. I always feel at ease there and know that I’m in the best dental care!

Dr. Rachel and staff always go 100% on patient care. They understand emergencies come up; they work hard to assist the problem. My 86 year old mother can be a challenge but they work well with us. We are both grateful.

We just moved to Victoria and was looking for a new family dentist office. Dr. Heard is wonderful! She is very caring and gentle. Karen is the best dental hygienist! We are so happy with all the office staff, who are friendly and considerate. Top notch place to go for all your dental needs!

My sister and I have recently started coming to Victoria Family Dentistry, transitioning from a pediatric dentist. We love Dr. Heard and all the people that work in the office. It is a sunny and happy place with professionals that do a wonderful job and make you feel comfortable while you're there.

I have had the best experience with Dr. Rachel Heard. I've been going there for many years, and have always received prompt, professional service. She also recently did Veneers on my 6 front teeth and they came out beautifully. Both she and one of her office professionals (who also happens to be named Tina) were available 24/7 in the event that I had any issues during the Veneer process (you wear temporaries for a week) and even showed up on a Sunday to re-glue a temporary... twice, when I ate something I shouldn't have. I love going to this dentist. The whole staff is great!

Very friendly atmosphere! They are switching over to digital records and working with customers to make that process as painless as possible (helping fill out the online questions). They do a great job of "gently scolding" about not flossing regularly.
