My 18 month old daughter had an incident at daycare, after calling the office and talking to the very caring receptionist she was able to make me an appointment first thing in the morning. When I got there, I was checking in with another girl, when the receptionist I originally talked to came over and knew exactly who I was and was asking how my daughter was feeling.
The hygienist was really nice and even helped with distracting my daughter.
When the dentist came in, he said hi to aspen, let her feel his gloves, and was very sweet and patient with her.

They all were great, and I felt like they genuinely cared about my daughter. I’m a first time mom and I tend to freak out, but after the appointment I left confident that Aspen was ok. They didnt even charge me for the quick exam!

Thank you guys! We will be back!

My visit today I did not see the Dentist, but had my visit with the Hygienist Jenny, who was absolutely incredible. She was very friendly and was very gentle, explaining everything she was going to do, making sure I was comfortable. Definitely will not be as nervous as I usually am on my next visit!

Dr. Storge and his staff are some of the most friendly people and they really know how to put you at ease. Even more important than that, they are good at what they do. Let's face it, the dentist isn't somewhere most of us enjooy going but whether it's a cleaning, filling a cavity or having other work done, they get it done quickly, efficiently and with minimal discomfort.

I went in for my regular 6 months checkup found out I had 2 small fillings that need to be filled. I was so nervous and I was having anxiety over getting shots. They were awesome, instead of me coming back a different day, that did it the same day and suggested nitrous. OK that was the best experience ever! I will never go through the pain of the shots again. BEST THING ever!! I have always love this place as I keep coming back every 6 months. The staff is friendly and helpful. The worst dental office with the worst front desk staff ever my family and I’ve been to! I’ve never been treated this badly as customer by a front desk staff. The only reason we ended up going to this place was we had recently moved to the area and it was close to our place. In a business world with lot of competitors, the front desk staff and their customer service is vital! They keep billing my insurance for the wrong treatment/billcode and it’s been going on for months I’m trying to get to the bottom of this. Every time I call, the front desk staff named Erin answers and she says the other person Stacie who’s been working on my account will give me a call and hang up very rudely without having me finish what I’m trying to say. But the Stacie person never calls back. The last time they said they will give me a call back was 2 months ago. I understand that they have to correct their mistake and resend the correct info to my insurance which insurances can take long, but I don’t understand the part why they are so rude and why they can’t just give me a call and provide updates on what’s happening.

Amazing, from the front desk to the Dentist, they are so friendly and extremely personable!!! I’ve always hated going to the dentist but this is my new favorite office! Thank you for the time spent it was such an enjoyable experience from start to finish!!

This dental office is great! I go because of a great hygienist, Marisa, but it really has a lot of other great qualities as well. The whole staff is nice and helpful and I like that the office is open later in the evening on certain days (until 8:00 pm!) so that I do not need to take time off of work to get my teeth cleaned. I also like that they offer chapstick during your cleaning. They go above and beyond to make your experience a great one. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I just had my teeth cleaned and was very happy with the service. Gentle, but yet efficient. When Dr. Sorge came in to check my teeth, I already knew I was going to have to have a crown in at least one tooth and possibly two, but he said he thought he could save the one with just a filling (a different dentist told me I HAD to have a crown in that tooth), but the other tooth definitely needed a crown. I was grateful for a conservative method and not, yep, you have to have all this work done, which would cost a fortune. I'll definitely refer Dr. Sorge and his practice and I love that they have evening appointments so I don't have to take off work!!

I texted Dr. Sorge at 8:00 at night on a Thursday night because my temporary crown had come off. I knew they were closed on Friday and through the weekend. Not sure what I was going to do. He said he'd meet me at 7:30 the next morning so I didn't have to miss work. He came in on his day off with family visiting to help me not be uncomfortable. He's a great dentist and a really nice man. I've told all my family about him.

My husband in with a toothache. They discovered a terrible infection and had to remove the tooth. The staff were all very professional and wore great protection from Covid. Dr. Sorge seemed very knowledgeable and was as gentle as possible. He left the office with great instructions and medication. We are so glad Dr. Sorge took over this office here in Draper!

Oak Hollow Family Dentistry has exceeded my expectations. Dr. Sorge and his fantastic team are definitely on top of their game. They were professional, informational and friendly. I will recommend this office to coworkers, family and friends. Thanks for a good experience.
