I have been very happy with this dentist! Yesterday he put some composite Veneers on two of my teeth and it changed my whole smile! I am so happy with the results and it did not cost nearly what I thought it would. The entire staff is very friendly and my kids even go there. Thank you Oak Hollow Family Dentistry!

I took my entire family to see Dr Hoffman and his team. They made special accommodations for us given the COVID precautions we are taking as family. They were gentle on our teeth and 10 and 12 year old raved about the experience for several days after our cleanings.

I would highly recommend Pony Express Dental to anyone! There office and office staff is wonderful! They are timely and I never have to wait at my appointments! I have a great hygienist there, Marisa! She cleans my better than anyone I have been to! This dental office makes going to the dentist enjoyable!

The reviews for this place looked great so I thought I would give it a try, however my experience at Pony Express was dreadful.
I went in for a routine cleaning from a mailer received for a $69.99 cleaning. It seemed like a good deal at the time. After going to my scheduled appointment, I was told that I did not qualify for the cleaning and the cost would be $800-$1100 for a deep clean, so I declined to make a follow up appointment as the costs did not seem right. After shopping around I went elsewhere to get my teeth cleaned at a fraction of the price of what Pony Express wanted to charge me. I then received a call from Pony Express following up to schedule an appointment. I notified them that I had my teeth cleaned elsewhere. At that point the customer service turned sour. I was notified that I going to get billed for the full amount of the service that I never received. Then I was going to be billed $230 for an x-ray that I did not want and was told was included in the service that I never received. When trying to understand why I was going to be billed for services that I never received I was treated very poorly over the phone, and told they would mail me the bill. I hope the owners are able to straighten out the poor customer service so I don’t have to waste any more of my time with this place. I would be happy to pay for a cleaning, but have no interest in paying for a service that was never performed. This is an embarrassment to the dental industry, be very weary of how they are conducting business. From my experience so far they are not to be trusted. I am now waiting for the bill and going to have to fight this scam in court. Frustrating!

Profesional and friendly staff. Has everything you need for dental care. Including now Botox for migraine or jaw issues. Would highly recommend for all your dental needs.

Oak Hollow Dentistry is amazing! Dr. Sorge is a miracle worker! I needed extensive work done on my top front 6 teeth caused by medications and chemotherapy. Dr. Sorge was able to completely transform my smile and give me the confidence to have a big smile once again. His staff are also just as amazing! They truly care about you and your feelings, and also take into account any fears or phobias you may have, and helps you with them. They are absolutely wonderful at Oak Hollow.

I have had a very good experience with Dr Sorge’s office at Oak Hollow Dentistry. The front desk staff has been very friendly and accommodating to get the appointments I needed before the end of the year. They were very thorough in answering questions and providing a treatment plan with costs laid out- so no surprises! Dr Sorge is pleasant and professional, experienced and efficient. The entire team made me feel very relaxed and ‘cared for’ during my appointment today. I am happy to have chosen Dr Sorge as my dentist.

I have the biggest SHOUT OUT to the Oak Hollow Dentistry team!! Dr Sorge can do everything, from cavities to crowns. I just had my teeth worked on and had a smile on my face for the rest of the day 😬. Best trip to the dentist EVER!!!!! Pam

Great friendly dental assistants, very informative office personnel. The dentist is excellent and gets the job done quick, precise and he’s very nice.

Great experience! The only place that could get me in on a short notice. Everyone was super friendly and have been following up after the procedure. Ended up switching from my old dentist:)
