Here’s what we love about Summit Dental and Orthodontics…..
1. Honesty- Dr. Metcalf waited to put braces on my son and is having my daughter wait until she has lost all of her teeth. Instead of doing two separate “phases” and charging a lot more, he had us wait.
2. State of the art office. The office is brand new and beautiful.
3. Friendly staff- we love the staff at summit. They are always upbeat and kind.
4. Rewards- my son loves the rewards system. They encourage things like good grades, brushing teeth, going to the dentist, working hard to get braces off faster.
We highly recommend Summit dental and orthodontics!

I love summit dental! The office staff are amazing and so helpful up front, not to mention the waiting room is gorgeous and kid friendly. I love all of the dental hygienists I’ve ever had clean my teeth there. They always remember things about me from 6 months prior, so I know they really care and love their jobs. I’ve met a lot of the dentists that work there and have had a good experience with each one I’ve had work on my teeth. I’d recommend coming here to anyone💯🥰

The experience we had at Summit Dental is incredible. The staff makes you feel like you are truly unique and they know you personally and care about you. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a friendly hello (thanks Brooke) and Everyone is happy and attentive to your needs, not to mention extremely knowledgeable. My son was very insecure about his smile and from the moment he stepped into their office he was treated with respect and care. They truly worked wonders. The office staff is organized and very efficient, Katherine is amazing and made sure my son was earning points and we were all on the same page when it came to treatment and care. My son finished treatment and we immediately started my daughter. The confidence my son has now with his smile is priceless. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking orthodontics and am considering switching for dental care. We Love this place!!

The overall cleaning effort is fantastic and the dental hygienists are very knowledgeable. The only complaint I have concerns how well they handled my insurance for a crown they put in.
I found out I had a broken tooth that needed to be repaired and I came in and got the work done. Having a crown installed is not cheap either (what is cheap at the dentist, really?) but I knew I had to pay for part of it out of pocket. I was assured my insurance would pay the higher percentage but a month later I was told I was going to have to pay all of it. If I didn't pay for all of it, Summit would refuse service to future cleanings, etc.
I wish they had helped me be more educated in cost and services, including how my insurance could bounce back at me (believe me, I've had conversations about this issue with my insurance provider). I don't need Summit's opinion on the seriousness of getting certain work done on my teeth more than I need help with paying for them to deceive me.
