Orem Family Dental: James E Call DMD

We've been seeing Dr Call regularly since 2002 and have been so happy with the care we, and our children have received. Our kids look forward to their dentist visits. The staff is wonderful to work with. (We've had several different insurances over the past 14 years -- some better than others -- and Sue (front desk) has always taken the time to make sure I understand how the billing and payments work. Dr Call always has great hygienists to clean our teeth and his staff works wonders with getting my shy/nervous/uncooperative children to open their mouths while in the chair. Their staff is always there to answer my questions -- I've even taken a photo of my kids mouth/teeth and texted it to them to ask if I need to bring them in. They are great when I'm in the office, and great over the phone.

Not only is Dr Call a great dentist, but he has done a fabulous job at "preparing" my kids teeth for the orthodontist. He has recommended the pulling of baby teeth in some of my kids to assist the permanent teeth in coming in a more desirable position. At first I just crossed my fingers and trusted him, but as my oldest two are now in braces and my next two are in pre-ortho treatment for their bites, the orthodontist has remarked that my kids dentist (Dr Call) pulled the right teeth at the right time to help with their bites, etc. The orthodontist even gave us an $800 discount on my daughters braces because he said our dentist made his job easier.

I like Dr Call because he is educated -- but able to talk in plain terms to me, and he always takes the time to explain and make sure I understand what is going on and what to expect in the future. He isn't stagnant in his techniques, and is always using the latest technology. He stays on schedule and has a fantastic staff. I highly recommend him as a dentist!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Call's practice since 2007. We enjoy the friendly staff, they know us by name. Dr. Call's dental assistants are patient with our kids (ages ranging from our oldest being 15 and our youngest being six). Our youngest has an extremely sensitive gag reflex. So, during his teeth cleaning services and other procedures they are making sure he feels comfortable. The office team and staff are great at working with our busy schedule. What sets this practice apart from the others is that the office team members are great at making sure everything is 100 percent with our dental insurance deductible.
