Orem Family Dental: James E Call DMD

I have been coming to Dr Call for many years and he is absolutely wonderful. He does such great work and I trust him when he tells me I need something done because most of the time he will just watch teeth and wont do anything unless it really needs it. On top of that he's very personable and every one of his staff are super nice too. I recommend his office to everyone who is looking for a great dentist!

Now that I'm a Dental Assistant myself, I can give my professional opinion of the excellence of this practice. The office where I work has 4 dentists that are all great, but I still come to Dr. Call. I moved to Brigham City 3 years ago and I still drive the almost 2 hours to come to Dr. Call. He is well worth the inconvenience.
I've had a few dentists in my life and they did acceptable work. I didn't know any different at the time, though a few things about my experiences with them were frustrating. But after moving to Provo, I started coming to Orem Family Dental and Dr. Call at the recommendation of my sister. And he's simply the best. He knows what he's doing in addition to being very kind and personable. He takes his time with me (and I assume his other patients too) and doesn't make me feel rushed or like I'm an inconvenience.
He fixed problems no one else ever bothered to take the time for. He cares about the health of my teeth as well as my satisfaction with their appearance. He has done excellent work on both necessary and cosmetic issues.
The office itself is comfortable and inviting. Very pleasant atmosphere, and watching movies while work is being done is a great bonus. They have good equipment, nice Dentrix software, and up to date technology. The staff is also great and kind and accommodating. Sue is a gem!
Overall, I have zero complaints. Nothing but good things. I understand the stress of dental work from both sides. And having a dentist that I 100% trust is invaluable!

What a great dentist! I have been with Dr. Call for over 10 years now. I have never had a dentist that could give me shots and it didn't hurt until Dr. Call. He is always concerned with the patients comfort and explains all your options and procedures very thoroughly. He stays up-to-date with his field and his equipment. I recommend him highly.

Dr Call is THE BEST dentist for our family of 8! Born & raised here in Utah County, I’ve been to many local dentists and Dr Call’s dental work is for sure the finest around. He’s a perfectionist and goes above and beyond, with each and every treatment! Plus, the office is clean, comfortable and centrally located, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly :)

We have been going to Dr Call for over 10 years. He is a perfectionist when it comes to teeth! We have been so happy with the service, bedside manner of all of the staff and overall experience. I would highly recommend Dr Call to anyone looking for a dentist.

Dr Call has been our family dentist for years. He truly is the best out there. He doesn't suggest unnecessary dental work and he does understand that there are times the work needs to be spaced in a manner so it is affordable. My children actually enjoy coming in to the office! And when they have had cavities filled he is caring and understanding with them. I have to say though the time I appreciated Dr Call the most was when I had a dental emergency, was in a lot of pain and he came in on his day off to see me. I was so grateful, it was a Friday and I was so glad I did not have to spend the whole weekend in pain. We do feel we have the best dentist in Utah and love the office as a whole. Coming to Dr Call years ago was one of the best decisions we have made.

Dr. Call is fantastic! My family has been visiting him for years, and his office has always been clean, prompt, and friendly. Dr. Call himself really knows what he is doing, and has saved us thousands of dollars by correcting some poor advice we got from other dentists. He is great. We’ll never go to another dentist.

I don’t live even close to this office but bc I trust Dr Call do much make the drive every 6 months. He’s the best dentist I’ve ever had. Trustworthy, patient, caring and his staff is very accommodating. I recommend him to all my friends and family.
