Horrible, I felt like I was at a used car lot. Will never go again. I was a cash paying customer, willing to pay the full balance at the time of service. Instead, I wasted 2hrs of my day listening to a consultation. With no service provided. Highland Dental took great care of me, and provided excellent service.

I’ve now seen Dr. Bautista a few times and at each appointment he takes the time to explain thoroughly everything he is doing and why. He is extremely professional and an incredible dentist. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming.

I came here needing an emergency root canal. I didn't feel like they took COVID protocol very seriously. They did not take my temp at the door, the root canal doc, Dr. Vincent, had his mask under his nose the whole time, and his tech told me that her son had been sent him from school the day before for a scratchy throat (she said this was due to eating sour patch kids, but I thought this was a weird thing to disclose). I felt like they tried to sell me on dental work that I am not sure was necessary. They felt really pushy and corporate. I will not be returning.

Wow! I had a tooth break and didn't have insurance. I wasn't able to afford getting a tooth pulled let alone a surgical extraction so I just gently bit the bullet and saw how far I could go. After a month, it got extremely painful. One day at work eating.. It became a nightmare and I needed it pulled now. Flying down the mountain from work, I had my girlfriend find the best place she could that could fit me in asap. Thank god for Sugar House Dental Care.. They were full but made it happen. I came in, was greeted with love, and was taken care of immediately. I love that each room is separated by walls and that you get a personal TV. Not only that but you get to choose what Pandora station you listen to. I picked Beats Antique and the dental assistant (who was amazing) put on Planet Earth. It was funny how perfectly the music went to the show. The best part was Dr. Ryan Allen. He was extremely professional and you could tell he genuinely cares. He was not only able to remove the tooth, but he was able to get it out in one pull. Which classifies it as just an extraction even though it was broken. That saved me a little over $100. He could have easily messed up or made it be the more expensive procedure. But like I said, you can feel that they actually care there. I refuse to go anywhere else from now on.

They got me squeezed in so My daughter could be seen. She had to get her tooth pulled. She's only 9 and they did such an amazing job. Lisa even got her a tiny Jamba juice for after. The whole staff was super friendly and awesome. Definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a new dentist or if you just need to be seen for an emergency.

Highly recommend this dentist! Everyone in the office was really nice, knowledgable, and helpful. They did a great job with my teeth. Also loved the design of the office, (you can watch Netflix while they clean your teeth!). If you can get Willi as your hygienist I also recommend her because she was really great.

Having switched jobs, I needed to get my son in ASAP before my insurance expired the next day. An extraction was required, but the pediatric dentist we went to does not do them. They gave us a handful of business cards to different offices, but came up empty for anything today.
My friend D.Hogle(patient) recommended I call. I did. This morning. Not only did they accept my insurance, they were able to get us in @ 10:30! Jared was the best at getting us set up. From the beginning, all were helpful and friendly. Dr.Crespo and Jade worked on my son, who has a history of denta-phobia.The doc was kind and gentle, and explained everything going on, in a way a 13-year-old could understand.
Very impressed with her manner and the general feel of the office and staff! I would highly recommend visiting their facilities for any dental needs! I will be back.
