I can't even begin to explain how amazing ever experince we have had at town dental has been. Our most resent visit was a visit for myself and our none verbal 3 year old son. I was beyond stressed because I couldnt imagine the situation going well at all. They gave me many of options on how we could do his check up. I changed my mind a few times and they didn't mind at all. They put on a show he liked and let him get comfortable before looking at his teeth. They talked to him just like any normal kid and didnt treat to any different. He was able to have a full check up and cleaning. They were just fine with him sitting on my lap while I had my cleaning and check up as well. I don't see ever changing dentist.

Dr. Matsumori is amazing! Unfortunately, his FRONT DESK STAFF is BRINGING HIM DOWN! I’m a medical provider also- so I understand how much trust you put in your support staff to represent you and your name, as well as your brand, w professionalism. You aren’t always aware when those things start to deteriorate or keen to the reasons that patients just don’t come back. In my family’s case, we are being barred from scheduling further apts as a result of a complete misunderstanding and clerical error- ironically- by the front desk staff!! This issue would be quick and easy to resolve, and, any provider would WANT to resolve it ( I guarantee- again- as a provider myself that sees pts in a clinic all day...) and NOT lose an entire family of quality, consistent patients!! However, if you can’t trust your ancillaries to use good judgement at the proper times, you lose! Your FRONT DESK STAFF is they’re TOO BUSY reading a script, NOT listening, and NOT caring about YOU, the patient, or about how their lack of respect for the people keeping them employed is affecting anyone but them... It’s just an all around NEGATIVE experience for everyone....well, all except the INCONSIDERATE FRONT DESK STAFF that could CARE LESS - as long as they get their paychecks covered!
Trust me- SAVE YOURSELF the HEARTACHE and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Sorry Dr. Matsumori!!

Everyone is always so friendly here. You can definitely see that they genuinely care from the moment you walk into the office! Every time I go in for my check ups, I am greeted by name as soon as I walk through the door. Exceptional service!
