If I could give this place 0 stars I would, the front desk lady is very rude and unprofessional!! She left me on hold for about 15 minutes and doesn't know a schedule for Dr. Chandler and she failed to be able to explain why they stopped taking my insurance and with that being the case how much they would pay with it being out of network. I have been a patient of Dr. Chandler for at least 15 years and he is a great dentist however everything went downhill when he joined Town Dental worst thing he ever did in my opinion. Seems like he no longer wants to be a dentist at all with his busy teaching schedule and that is really too bad because I have been loyal to him for all these years. Unfortunately I will need to find a new dentist and no one even told me they stopped taking our insurance. Its disappointing really as I really did like him.

I told my hygienist I have had multiple oral traumas in my life and have always had incredibly sensitive gums. she told me I didn't, it was just gingivitis. I've been spitting up blood for two hours. Finding a new dentist.
