If I could give them no star I would be happy. Prior to booking appointment I asked many times if my insurance is covered all the services I never gotten straight answer, took them whole week
To figure it out.
The manager said it’s my fault give them the “wrong insurance card” and they had to do so much work to figure it out and finally they did. I canceled ALL my appointments because they treated me like I am stupid and don’t know what I am doing. Gosh I have never been this upset and gotten so angry. I would never recommend this office because of the front desk and the manager who spoke to me. I am literally a min away from this office but I rather drive 20 mins thn to go to this office ever again. Wow

OMGEEE!!! The best dentist Experience EVER!!! I loved the staff and their years of experience! Cathy was an amazing dental hygienist! The ENTIRE office is like the Chick-fil-A of dentistry with a “my pleasure” approach! So much better than any dentist I’ve ever visited! Definitely keeping them as my dentist for as long as I can!

Great visit at Costa Dentistry/Little Smiles! I’m an adult and my appointment was for a cleaning and Hanna was my hygienist, highly recommend her. She was gentle and that’s really important to me! Sometimes hygienists cause pain when flossing or doing the exam and she didn’t hurt me. Scheduled my next cleaning with Hanna. Dentist, Dr. Garge was nice and knowledgeable, would feel comfortable scheduling dental work with her. Love the office space in the Brambleton Town Center. It’s very soothing and modern. If I wanted to walk to this office from my house, I could, so very convenient!
