Do yourself a favor and do not ever visit this practice. I wanted to love it but unfortunately they are a sham. I went in for periodontal scaling and root planning. They didn't submit the proper documentation to my insurance company so the claim was denied pending more information. After calling the office and asking them to send the documentation to which they agreed and told me not the pay the bills I was repeatedly being sent, all of a sudden I get an email from a collection agency. Let me repeat: They told me they would be in touch with my insurance company to get them the documentation they needed for a covered procedure and told me not to pay the bills coming in the mail until I heard from them. And then they sent the bill to collection. The claim is still pending with my insurance company meaning my insurance company after all these months still hasn't received what they need to process the claim. I have never in my life dealt with such incompetency. This place is terrible. Make sure you spend time reading the reviews online and if you are unlucky enough to land here ask them to submit to your insurance for prior approval before you let them do any work on you. Apparently this is common practice with this dental office from what I have found online. Shady.

The technician and dentist were very nice. That is the only thing I can say positive about my experience. Took over a month to process my insurance, was over charged for an initial exam and cleaning. Called 4 times for teeth whitening, but I can’t seem to get an email or response to find out why I was charged so much for an initial visit or to have questions answered about post treatment. Don’t hold your breath for someone to reach out to you except to offer you a promotional event. If you ask the front desk about a bill, they can’t help, you will circled back around to the office manager. Over priced, customer service is awful.

Was very impressed with this office and staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Kim was wonderful (and this is coming from someone with bad anxiety to dentists due to bad experiences) and broke down everything that needed to be done and the best options without judgement. I would recommend this office to everyone

Great experience very clean and friendly staff and it was very nice to get a customer care gift for being a patient . It was also nice to have options of blankets ,pillows ,even Netflixs to help me relax in the dentist chair and I really liked being able to see my 3D scans of my teeth on a tv screen in front of me. All things I’ve never experience before at the dentist. Would highly recommend
