As a current patient of Rios Dentistry in Ashburn, I always have a pleasant experience with everyone in the office, from the front desk to the doctor, their customer service is five stars! I highly recommend Dr. Rios dentistry - they are kind, professional and caring.

A great office staff and they make going to the dentist fairly easy and pleasant! They care about you and offer treatment options without pressure. I highly recommended their service.

I have spent many hours in a dental chair over my lifetime due to a childhood accident that caused major dental problems. I have never had a more wonderful experience than I did yesterday with Dr. Rios. From the moment I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted with a smile. His staff were all very friendly, welcoming and professional. Dr Rios performed a dental procedure on me that could've created some anxiety, but I never felt an ounce of pain. His upbeat demeanor combined with years of experience was so calming and appreciated. I have definitely found a new dental "home" for me and my family. Thanks Rick and staff for such a delightful experience!!

After missing dental care for about 18 months during COVID, I ventured back to Rios (fully vaccinated) for crown repair and renewed maintenance during July 2021. Their entire staff was very supportive and competent. So at 77, I will continue to confidently come from Charles Town, WV to Ashburn for their superior TLC.

I always feel comfortable in your office. The people are super friendly and helpful. Stacey is the best hygienist ever and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Dr. Mina makes me feel I’m in good hands and her work is very precise and pain free.

I switched to Rios Dentistry per the recommendation of a family member and I couldn't be happier! The staff is very kind, organized and thorough. I've seen Steacey and Haley as hygenists and they're both very personable and keep the dental cleaning process stress-free. I recently had to visit Dr. Rios to have an implant put in place. The experience was a positive one. Not only did he provide a through explanation of the process but was focused on making it a pain free and very attentive to my needs and concerns.

I have been Dr. Rios' patient for more than 13 years. He is the best dentist anywhere! He's a super nice, very gentle and caring person. He explains everything and is extremely meticulous (exactly what I want in a dentist). He also stands behind his work. When I first went to him, my teeth were sensitive and my childhood favorite cereal, Grape Nuts, was a thing of the past. Now I crunch that cereal with no problem. Thank you Dr. Rios!

UPDATE: I wrote the above review a few years ago. I have nothing but superlatives for Dr. Rios and his whole staff. I wish every doctor and dentist in the US would tour his office and learn how he makes it such a welcoming, warm experience. Every time I walk in there (and I have for many years), everyone in that office acts like I've totally made their day by coming. Dr. Rios is an outstanding dentist. And he has patient care and empathy at the top of the list. You can't do better. Thank you, Dr. Rios. You are the best!

Many dentist offices are friendly, others professional, and still others effective at dental care. Dr. Rios' dental TEAM stands above them as they have ALL these pieces and excel at each of them. I think you have to drill down (no pun intended) as to how they go about caring for each patient to really appreciate the totality of what you are getting here. It is clear that the comfort and the quality of work they do is specific and personal to each patient. While you are in that chair you are number one. They truly are a precision team. When Dr. Rios and his assistant are working on you they barely need to verbally communicate as they anticipate each other and exactly what needs to sequentially happen next, like a precise, well tuned machine. Dr. Rios and his staff have a contagious confidence that assures you that you are in the hands of the best.

We've all heard there is no place like home for the holidays, well, there is no place like Rios Dentistry for your teeth. When the best is available, why go any place else??
